University Family Dentistry offers professional, great quality dental care. I’m not extremely fond of “going to the dentist,” but they make it easy and personable. Their facilities are beautiful and it’s always an easy, quick cleaning. They have great tech too.
They always explain their procedures, which I love, and offer many options for your needs (I steer clear of fluoride mostly).
The dentists, techs and front of the house are warm, professional and great at what they do. If you’re looking for a dentist, I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My experience at this place was amazing so I decided to make them my primary dental care facility. The staff is extremely nice and they are taking COVID very seriously in terms of safety. Don’t let the old look of the building deter you since everything insidep is actually new and modern. The Dentists (One of them was doing clinicals) that worked on me were polite and didn’t mind answering all the random questions I had about their cool X-ray machines and equipment they used. They were also very gentle and didn’t just treat your mouth like a punching bag like some places do.
They take MetLife Preventive PPO and do all the work for you in terms of submitting all the paperwork. I had an examination done for two molars that involved two different type of X-Rays and tests The dentist has to do and I didn’t have to pay a dime out of pocket.

First visit was good. Procedures explained and attention given to my issue, which was a tooth that I thought I had fractured from biting down on food. Suspensions were correct after a thorough exam that included all manner of X-rays, scans, and panoramic photos. Staff was not hesitant in setting up next appointment to get my tooth fixed in addition to a general cleaning that was due.

I would not recommend this place to my enemy I made an appointment over a month ago and when I got to my appointment they said that they had been trying to reach me to reschedule but I never received a call nor a voicemail. Then I'm waiting to see what they can do and they come back with they don't try take my insurance after I gave them ALL MY INSURANCE INFO when I made the appointment this all the day before my son's funeral

I had a crown repaired. They were on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time (1.5 hours)
The dentist and hygienist were both friendly and tried to keep the procedure as painless as possible. They explained everything that they were doing step by step so no surprises. I highly recommend them.

I am a new patient here. My experience with them was indeed delightful. They addressed my concerns with courtesy and answered any questions I had efficiently. Okay they were nice and everything. But I feel like I was robbed by these people. I said I was interested in getting an oral cancer screening, they told me they don't accept my insurance but they do offer a cleaning and a screening for $79 I said great 👍 they scheduled me for January 2022 but I said I had some concerns I wanted to be seen before then, so she asked if I wanted to come in to address my concerns first and come back for the cleaning later, I said yes. They took x-rays of my teeth and briefly discussed my concerns, they said my appointment was called a "limited exam". I thought since they do the cleaning and screening for $79 it can't possibly be much. I was charged $330. Three hundred and thirty dollars, nothing done to my teeth. Then they said I could schedule a "complete exam" that would only be $90. I don't understand how a complete exam would cost only $90 while my "limited exam" appointment cost $330.
