I always enjoyed my experiences at University Family Dentistry, but today was a good reminder of not knowing how good you have it until it’s gone! I moved out of Gainesville and went to a new dentist today. It made me realize just how thorough and detail-oriented Dr. Diaz is. She spends more time than other dentists on the exams and gives explanations for findings/care instructions. The receptionists, hygienists, and assistants are skilled and friendly!

The women in this office are nice and knowledgeable. Ms. Sue was very gentle and understanding of my anxiety. She took time to answer my questions and also to reassure that I would be taken care of. Dr. Diaz was very charming. She also answered all my questions, explains the different issues I am having and how we can correct them. She made me feel like I could actually get my teeth fixed and finally not be in pain. The ladies at the front desk also were nice and knowledgeable. Even took time to suggest ways to budget my money by spreading the procedures out. It’s a great dental office.

This office is so well run. The hygenist is fast and also gentle. They take their work seriously. They have a proactive approach to dental health. I highly recommend letting them care for your teeth. Even my kids are happy to go to the dentist. Its awesome.

I have absolutely loved my experience with Dr Diaz and her team. Everyone there is highly professional and personable, and always make me feel comfortable which was important to me because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time. Their new facility is great too! I highly recommend!

I get really bad anxiety about the dentist because of past experiences. But this is one of the only place I have been were they seem to care. they try to be fast but take all the time you need. The all seem very friendly and enjoy there jobs. They go out of there way working together to make you feel comfortable as possible with what's going on

To top it off they are both incredibly knowledgeable and at the top of their fields in technique and precision.
