This was the first dentistry I visit in the US and it really gave me great experience. The people here are very nice and helpful, quite patient and love to answer all my questions. My doctor explained all the detail to me in the way I can easily understand.
Another good point is that they can offer emergent help. They set my visit on the next day of my call and it did help. I will definitely choose university family dentistry in the future and recommend them to my friends who need help.

The moment you walk in the door you feel welcome! The staff was great and Dr Diaz was a sweet as can be. She told me my options and listened to what I had to say. Then, she gave me her opinion on my treatment and let me choose my treatment plan without pressure to choose a more expensive option. I highly recommend University Family Dentistry!

This is a very professional, warm, and inviting dental office.My dental hygienists Jessica made me feel so welcome and she did an excellent job with the cleaning. The Dentist was very thorough and I am going to let family and friends know about the services render to me.

Misue cleaned my teeth today and she did an amazing job! She is so gentle that at times I didn’t even know she was doing anything! But sure enough she removed all my tartar buildup and stains! She was so thorough! And thanks to Dr. Diaz I will finally have the smile I’ve always dreamt about after I finish my Invisalign treatment!

Oh my!!!! EVERY person I encountered today was amazing! At first I thought the greeting was a little "fake" but still friendly, after being there for 2 hours and interacting with alot of staff including Drs, it is clear the friendliness and service are not fake. It is in fact a culture that has been instilled in to every team member there. By far the best office I have ever been.

Beware of additional charges!
During my first visit I was pressured to pay out of pocket for a "deep cleaning", which I believed to be covered by my insurance. Come to find out after calling my insurance, it was covered and I was charged for no reason.
Second visit for my "check up" I was given another cleaning, which had not been discussed, and was also charged. At no point was this discussed with me and they just went ahead with the cleaning.
Be careful of this scam that this business is running and taking advantage of their customers.
I'd recommend a better office.

Jessica was personable and professional. Her "bedside" manner put me completely at ease. She explained everything that was happening so there were no surprises. Dr. Dickens was equally pleasant and explained everything in a easy to understand manner. This is the first time I left a review for anything, and I strongly recommend University Family Dentistry.

Best dentist ever. My hygienist Monica was very sweet, gentle, and thorough. She gave me tips and suggestions for my oral health and answered all my questions. Dr. Diaz did my exam and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped me decide the best treatment plan. I have many friends who come here who have extreme dentist anxiety and they are more than accommodated. I love this team.
