I just had a cleaning done and I have to say it was a great experience. My hygienist, Monica, is awesome! She’s very thorough but still mindful of being gentle. They are being very good with their Covid preventive measures and I felt safe going in.

I have used University Family Dentistry for the past 3 years and I absolutely love the staff there. My dental hygienist, Jessica, is friendly, professional and is extremely knowledgeable during my routine cleanings. She is always giving me advice on how to keep my teeth white and making sure I floss! My dentist, Dr. Dickens, is the sweetest and most sincere dentist I have ever had! She is very personable and makes me feel comfortable while I am there. On one of my first visits, she recommended that I get my impacted wisdom teeth extracted (which I knew needed to be done). The office referred me to a fantastic OMFS surgeon in town and I received great care there as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Dickens and Jessica since I have had nothing but the best care with them.

I could not be more happy with the services I have received at University Family Dentistry and specifically Dr. Hamrick. I am a nervous patient with childhood dental trauma but Dr. Hamrick and her staff are kind, courteous and highly professional, and they always put me at ease. I highly recommend them, and I have heard very positive feedback about their colleagues in the office e as well.

Added extra required fees not included in the original quote. The doctor never ended up coming to my appointment as they left early, so I only saw the hygienist.
They were nearly impossible to reach by phone - called and left a voicemail, never received a callback. I think their website still has a wrong number listed.
Also, the staff had no clue how to create or print itemized receipts. Last of all, due to their incompetence and miscommunication with my insurance, they were sending me bills that were meant for the insurance company for months on end. I had to call multiple times to get the issue resolved.
Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Everyone was kind from arrival. Everyone was organized. The office was extremely clean and updated. Both the Dentist and the dental hygienist were kind and gentle. The hygienist thoroughly explained what would happen before during and after the exam. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. She took the time to Make sure I knew what was going on with my teeth, explaining thoroughly Answering questions that I had not thought of yet. I would absolutely Recommend This place

The office is clean and new, the staff are always welcoming, and I get all my dental needs addressed in a timely fashion. I enjoy working with Dr. Hamrick and her team they are very professional and we have built a great relationship over the years. University Family Dentistry are always very friendly and caring. The dr’s want to make sure you understand what is going on.
I called this morning and given an appointment for September but when the dr heard want was going on they called me back to come in today. They told me that I would be worked in but there wasn’t a long wait only maybe 15 minutes. I had plan on being there all afternoon. They are wonderful and so glad to be one of their patients.
