Worst Customer Service ever. Taylor and Liz “the supervisor” are very rude. Trying to make an appointment over the phone she ended hanging the phone. She definitely needs to be trained in the area of the customer service skills. Liz knew the situation as she was the first one I had problem with as none of them in that office were understanding that my plan uses the network of Aetna but they have to send the claim to a third party. Every time I go that office, there is something wrong. They mess up date of births, names, they cancel saying that they do not accept your plan, when they do, etc etc etc. A really BIG MESS and on top of that, when I went to the office for clarifications, Taylor ended very defiant and threatening me to take me out of the office and asking me to try her. What a clown! And Liz, being the supposedly supervisor didn’t intervened when Taylor Raise her voice at me ( who claimed to be hard of hearing) but she did when I started raising my voice too, because of the patients they had. That front desk is a Circus. Sorry for the ones (doctors and assistants who are really professionals there)

I was referred to a periodontist by my dentist. The receptionists were very helpful. His nurse was very polite. They did an exam. Gave me an idea of the cost of the procedure. Waiting now to hear from my insurance company. Everyone was very nice and professional.

I called to make an appointment for myself as new patient for cleaning (self pay), they scheduled me for Jun 13 at 7am (because I asked for an early morning time) then, nobody called me to confirm, but I went there and they never found me in the system, after that they put me in a room, did my xrays and stuff and when they asked me the reason of the visit, I said for cleaning and they just told me to leave, because they don't do cleanings when the schedule is full and the same day that the patient comes in... Really? I called to make an appointment with TIME! is their fault and they just don't care? Poor service, very irresponsibles!

Horrible place that I ever been to. Schedule everyone at the same time. Make pt. Waiting over 1 hr at the waiting room. When I came over to ask how long more that we need to wait. Jennifer(supervisor) said we have only 1 dr. That’s how we due schedule. If you not like it than find a different dentist. Sorry, but that is not how to talk to a patient. Greenberg staff not professional at all. Front desk staffs are rude. Very bad customer service. Never be back.

Today I had an appointment at 9AM. I was 10 minutes early. I filled out my paperwork and turned it back in at reception. I was not greeted when I came in which showed a lack of customer service skills by the staff. Nonetheless, I let it go. But did notice it since it was my first time there as a new patient. So I wait in the most uncomfortable lobby ever and continue wait. After Over an hour I go to reception and ask why my wait time is so long. I was informed that it was taking a long time to get my insurance information verified. But, last week someone from the office called and received my information already. Receptionist said they attempted to verify it last Thursday and again that AM before I arrived but no luck. I tell her that I can’t wait around all day that I do need to get to work and to this she simply says without even looking at me “okay.” I walked out and was never seen. My questions are the following - if you couldn’t verify me Thursday or before my appointment why didn’t you do me the courtesy and reschedule my appointment (if that Is in fact a true story)? And if you fail to do that, then why not discuss with me prior to over an hour wait that what the hold up is and explain to me when I may be seen to see if I can stay and wait OR offer to reschedule? Nope. I watched people after people who came after me get called to be seen. I understand that sometimes there can be extended wait times but to fail to communicate that is an issue.... especially as a new patient. So thanks but no thanks lll be going somewhere else.

There are people who work here that are professional in dealing with your dental needs. My only concern is they do not value the customer’s time. I have been here with my wife and my son, the first time we got there 15 min early for paperwork and we waited about 1hr and a half to finally be called. I went again a 2nd time hoping it would be different, but I waited about 45 min, got up and asked at the front desk what was going on, the lady went to the back “to ask” took too long so I left, I went back to work. About 2 hrs later they call saying they were ready for me to come inside. 😏

I really love how thorough and gentle this entire staff is! Sometimes appointments can run a little long, but that's only because these folks are perfectionists. Who doesn't want a perfectionist dentist?! Plus they have great payment plans.

Dr. Gaddy has the patience of a Saint! Any other place would have turned away my 6 year old son because he was nervous about getting the work done on his Teeth, but Dr. Gaddy was so understanding, pleasant, and gentle with him. He was able to let my daughter go first to show my son it was going to be okay. Dr. Gaddy made my Children feel very comfortable and an overall good experience. I couldn't have been happier I choose Greenberg Dental in Ocala.

Amazing!! My daughter is a new patient with them and was a little nervous ay her 1st appt, but they made her feel so comfortable! Natasha, I believe her name is awesome-sauce so very nice, sweet, and calming. She explained everything to my daughter before it was being done. Glad I made the right choice of switching her to Greenberg!!
