Incompetent staff, made an appointment a week in advance, even received a confirmation message and they couldn't find my child when I got there on the scheduled date. I drove over an hour and a half to get there. Do not reccomend

The front of the house staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. I hate all Grenberg dental offices. The back of the house staff is great very friendly and professional!!

I drive over an hour from Orlando to Ocala to come see Dr. Nguyen! And it is worth every mile! He makes sure to make me feel comfortable and is always very informative of what I need, and what he is doing.

They don't care about you and if you are a walk-in then think again because the sign is a lie.
They will turn you away or tell you to drive to Leesburg.

Unless you like siting in your car for 45 minutes and than getting a call from them telling you it will be another 40 minutes, find another dentist that respects that your time is also valuable.
