If you want to get work done on your teeth and feel more comfortable with your smile,do not go to this place. The dentist made my baby girl cry and made her feel really bad about her teeth.He was rude and unprofessional.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They made sure I understood what was happening at each stage as well as being involved in making my treatment plan.

The people were very easy to talk to; it was a pleasant experience. The dentist took the time to explain my options and was thorough. I recommend.

The best Dental office in town. New equipments, all the personnell are really nice. The Doctor is amazing!! Another Doctor made me a root canal but she didn't finalize the crown, then no body want to do me the crown they want to take me out the teeth. The from this office did it!! I reccomend this office 100%

Nothing done for excruciating pain and two broken fillings. Also dental world is out of their minds with 2,4 6 and 8 thousand dollar quotes my gosh we aren’t made of money and many are limited income retirees.

They are awesome, did a great job. I would and will refer anyone to them if anyone need a good dentist.😊

Awful office communication. Can't say anything about the dentist. Waited months to get in and told they don't take my insurance when I called to confirm. A phone call would have been nice. They didn't run it that day; It was already noted on my account. Just complete disregard.

The doctor was very nice and his assistant Whitley we had a great first time there!! Thank you fir making my kids feel comfortable

For the record: a typical dental office SHOULD require competent and matured front desk employees TRAINED in how to properly speak to their patients while complying to HIPPA laws. I cannot begin to describe the amount of disrespect and degradation I received from a particular employee as a PAYING patient while in the presence of my child. Not only did I receive a price THREE TIMES not only on the phone but in person- I was NEVER informed of hidden charges and fees not included in the discussions after my child had their cleaning which I ASKED several times for clarity.
As a right to every person by LAW, you are entitled to these fee’s prior to procedure as also you are entitled to know what your insurance will be paying for. This is all included (OR SHOULD BE) on your bill. Regardless of your payment plan, OOP, or insurance you are ENTITLED to confidentiality, patient care and respect. There was absolutely no direction, no confidentiality and no respect what so ever as I had to de-escalate THIS employees manner and take the high road with proper etiquette and maturity. I would imagine this employer would understand certain youth should NOT work in a health care profession if they do not have professionalism and empathy.
Raising your voice exploiting my set rights in front of other patients and ganging-up on a mother trying to bring her child in for a simple cleaning; was completely unacceptable. I heard nothing but smart remarks, inappropriate commentary and sarcasm. You should be ashamed to hire such young minded girls - it is distasteful for your appeal.
Hire professionals or continue to lose PAYING patients REGARDLESS, of insurance ; you are entitled to respect .

I have always hated dentist offices. I get so nervous that it's insane. However, after being in pain for about 18 days with a broken tooth (and infected as well), I walked in the Greenberg Dental office in SW Ocala, and was welcomed by an amicable staff who worked with me figuring out my dental insurance issues and details, and making sure the doctor could assist me. My tooth gave them a very hard time but the dentist as well as another dentist and the assistant were able to get it out while making sure I was okay and accommodating me as much as possible. I am sooooooo happy I went to this place, because they made my experience much easier for me to deal with and since then I have been doing just great! I highly recommend it.
