My daughters first visit was Very pleasant.Met Dr. Nguyen and his bed side manners were impecable! Taylor at the front desk was SUPER HELPFUL! AND SUPER SWEET ! Answered all of my questions and the wait time wasnt bad at all. I traveled from Gainesville to Ocala and it was WELL WORTH IT ! Im looking forward to our next visit as my daughters having braces done 🤗 Thank you to ALL of the staff at #greenbergdental # collegerd

Well...my 1 year old daughters appointment was at 10:30am this morning for a broken front tooth. 12:08pm and we still had not been seen. When I asked the front counter how much longer they brought us back and the tech(or whatever he was) had the wrong patient information. We are now sitting in a room an hour and 40 min past out appointment time and she still hasn't been seen.

Dr. Wyn is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. I switched to this location after having many issues with the other Greenberg location. Dr. Wyn was extremely rude, I was billed differently than discussed with him, when I discussed the issue with him he told me to go find a new dentist because he heard I had reviewed the other office honestly regarding their terrible service. If you’re looking for a rude and unprofessional dentist with consistently terrible customer service... Greenberg is your place to be!

We are new to the area and our first appointment went very well with x-rays and cleaning. The dentist and staff was very nice and we booked for our 6month appointment. When we returned for the 6mth appt we didn't get the same dentist it was a new one and she said that I was to get a deep clean treatment called debridement I think. I didn't know what that was because that was not discussed with previous dentist. She did the same thing to my husband and made him sign a form saying he was declining treatment. That makes no sense because this is something we were not supposed to be doing. It was never discussed!! It was like being pushed to get something done that we were not supposed to. If it was not for this we would go back but we are moving on to a more honest dentist.

I had a dentist appointment for my son at 9 am on august 6th at 815 they called to cancel the appointment saying the dr was unavailable and that i needed to reachedule in which i do for today september 6th at 9am i arrive at 850am to see that the hours are open at 11 for today but my appointment was scheduled for 9am there were also other parents there with kids waiting , i do not underatand how as a scheduler your job is to make appointments and you schedule appointments for business hours that you are not even open . My son has now missed school and not been seen at the 2 appointments he has had at this office because of their careless job doings. I mind you they canceled on me the 1st appointment and i had to wait a whole month to get my son a new appointment and now this. This is unacceptable and i will be there at 11 when they open today to speak with the office manager.

Ok, well I used to be a fan until I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Reddy. It's been a month and a half and I am having an issue with a bone or piece sticking out of my gum. I called to schedule an appointment on Thursday and was told to walk in on Monday. The hours state they are open 7-3. I arrive at 7:30 to find the door locked. I called and was told they are there only to answer phones. I asked when I can be seen and she said I would need a referral. When I questioned that (because I did not need a referral when they extracted my teeth) she said I couldn't be seen until the end of January. I don't understand why I can't be seen to see what the issue is seeing how the issue was caused by something the Dr. did? They have no compassion or understanding for patients. For the amount of money I have spent not only for this procedure, but with my family coming here, I expect a little bit more concern.

No one answers nor calls back. I've been calling for months. This is ridiculous!

DO NOT a take your young child to this place. They will NOT allow parents in the back. They do NOT take any time to explain procedures. My son was excited to go to the dentist and they RUINED IT. He ended up scared and CRYING at EIGHT YEARS OLD because he had a tooth ache and they were going to use nitrous oxide on him and would NOT ALLOW HIM TO TALK To his parents for support. They put a cap on another tooth (didn’t need laughing gas for that apparently) and did such a bad job he can’t even chew on that side and I have to have my dentist remove it. I cannot believe these people even have medical licenses. This is the GARBAGE HEALTHCARE you get from the marketplace!! Forget it!!

My daughters first dentist appointment was today and it was great. Front desk was very polite and so was the doctor! Very pleased

They are absolutely amazing with kids. The staff is awesome. The dentist is very knowledgeable and informative
