We came this place first time as it was the closest one which would accept my insurance. After been going for three years to a wonderful office and an awesome dentist in Arkansas, coming this place was a shock. We were the very first ones at 7am and almost all those ladies at front desk were as rude as possible it could be. You can count with one hand the nice courteous people in here. In addition, the working system they use is so awkward, as they move you from room to room for each thing they do on your mouth. Ridiculous. Anywhere else had seen something like this. The doctor himself did the cleaning, ok, but felt that it was the fastest cleaning I ever had. A positive, they accept walks in and emergencies situations. As my husband had to come last minute for refilling a tooth that lost it’s filling. I hope it works out well and lasts. But really if you can go other place, I suggest you do.

Updating this review, the most recent visits to this place are been a totally different experience. They hired a new general dentist. A young female doctor very friendly, attentive, careful and skilled in her job. Now the employees know what they are supposed to do and everything is much more organized. They have been much more helpful in terms of making space for last minute emergency appointments and calling me and my husband when anything shows up or for reminders. I needed a root canal and crown in emergency situation. She took all her time to make just the temp crown so well that I could stay with it for months without any problem. And they were able to find me a spot super fast for it. The place is always full of families with kids (they do orthodontist work too) but if you arrive right on time don’t have to wait too long in there. So I am giving them more stars as everything seems to been improving. Not giving five because of being such a crowded office all the time. I would prefer dealing with small office and more controles amount of patients but it works.

I have tried repeatedly to reach this location to schedule a dental visit for my son. For two months, I've called and left messages with their answering service (during business hours), and no one has taken the time to return my message even once. Unprofessional behavior, especially since they are supposed to be his primary dentist per insurance.

A great dentist our son Damien loves the dentist and all the workers he gets nervous so we are able to sit in room with him they are very understanding I would recommend to anyone they go beyond the 5 star 🌟 rating we just love this dentist office...

Went to get Ortho treatment and the same day I got my braces a bracket popped off my tooth! I called the day after and they said they wouldn’t be able to see me until a month out. They expect you to wait or drive to their other office in different cities if you want treatment. I don’t recommend this office whatsoever. Definitely wasted money and time which is more important!

My son has special needs and the doctor and staff went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and happy at all times. I was extremely pleased with this office!

Very dissatisfied. You were without a hygienist for a long time and I am way overdue for a cleaning. I’ve had an exam and X-rays at another dentist in September who also lost their hygienist so I couldn’t get a cleaning either. When I made appointment I told receptionist it’s for cleaning. When I called to confirm she said no, I’d have to have exam. Explained to her that my insurance has already covered exam and xrays. Still would not do cleaning so I cancelled.
Considering the current state of things I’d think you would want some income. I am the customer and cannot get the service I want from your office. 🙁

Had an 11am appointment for my daughter today for braces. The doctor was stuck in major traffic for a few hours. I had an amazing woman named Danielle who was super attentive with us. She took care of us and reassured me he would be in as soon as possible. I left and came back 3 hours later , she was seen right away to finish the process. They were super apologetic for waiting so long. I was patient as possible because I understand things do happen. We were in and out in half hour. I hope this lady takes care of us again. And the orthodontist part of the office the staff was wonderful...:)

Extremely disappointed with our visit. I previously called to make an appointment and gave them all the information they needed to know for my husband and kids, when I get to the office they have no idea what the kids are there for I had to give them all the information again for all of them.

The person taking care of my daughter thats five years old had no skills to be dealing with a child. Told us needed to hurry up because she had other patients to attend. My daughter was extremely nueves her attitude didn’t help the situation.

Very disorganized and very unprofessional. Don’t recommend this place.

The staff were all very nice and considerate of my daughter's needs. The equipment is top notch. Highly recommend them.

Very professional and experienced! I was an hour early for my appointment accidentally but they still made a room for me and came to check on me. Worked with my insurance to provide the best options and extremely affordable. Dr. Wyn is the best and extremely friendly!
