Dr. Gaddy and his staff are truley phenomenal. They are all so amazing with kids and make scary procedures a breeze for both parent and child. My 6 year old son has had 2 great experiences with them so far. I will definitely be coming here for all future visits for both of my sons. Thank you Dr. Gaddy!

The front desk staff had 2 ladies at the front. I had an early morning appointment and when I showed up the doors were locked and I could see the ladies inside typing. They both looked up at me and went back to typing. It was seriously cold outside and not one person acknowledged me as I was staring at them, with my kids, in the cold after knocking on the door. After finally being let inside there was no office etiquette. No one said "Hello", or "Be right with you." I was totally ignored. Then only to wait way past my appointment time to be seen. There was only one young lady and one young man back there who took the x-rays, that greeted me and treated my kids and I like patients. This office was the only one that had close appts available close to my home.. My next visit, I hope for better treatment.
Update. Came in early for my next visit. Same treatment also, an hour and 30 mins past my appt time, we haven't gotten started. 🙃 after these next 3 appts, gotta go somewhere else.

Went in to my daughter's appointment sat there almost 30 minutes was called up to the front desk was told they don't take new patients told me I needed to go to another dentist. They could've told me this on the phone instead of having me sit there.

First visit to this dentist. Very professional. Got in to see the dentist at my appointed time. They were very thorough in checking my teeth and even did a cleaning that was not scheduled. Very positive experience today. Thank you

No one really likes to go to the dentist, but this place has been so wonderful! The staff and doctors really made me feel welcomed and calm. They always have a great attitude.

Dental office is smoothly ran. Comfortable vibe. The dentist speaks to you not at you also speaks and to the children in a manner that promotes comfort.

Eh could’ve been a little more kind . Pediatric was more focused on what was wrong with assistants work instead of hurrying the process , woke up early for nothing , I have to drive a hour just to schedule another appointment. Nurses in the front think they know a lot but there not in the rooms to see what goes on .

I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back for my appointment. Everyone was so incredibly nice and informative. The Dentist is knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Great experience!

My sons visit today went smoothly and he was made to feel comfortable the whole time. Wait time was quick and staff was friendly.

Wow.....Just Wow. I was explaining to JORDAN in the OCALA WEST OFFICE that I had a dental emergency and that I have a temporary tooth that needed to come out long ago but since something personal happened about 5 years ago, I haven't been to the dentist to take care of it. Apparently, JORDAN thought that she had muted me and was explaining to someone my situation and I could tell by her frustration that she was annoyed with me telling her. When she figured out that I wasn't muted...she gasped and just hung up on me. I told her I was in pain and haven't been able to get any rest in 3 days (or I was trying to tell her) and all she said is that she doesn't have any appointment for an entire month. She also said she didn't have any dentist that could preform root canals. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going to that office.
