I highly recommend this dentist ! I was referred to Greenberg due to my child experiencing anxiety… BUT Greenberg Dental and staff was very patient with her. Dr. Gaddy was very detailed in explaining what he will be doing to calm her on her next visit. Today was her first visit so her next visit we will see how she does and I will come back with another review. Thank you Greenberg and staff for your professionalism and patience with my daughter!

I took all 4 of my kids there because they accepted our insurance. I was really happy with the service. They had appointments available sooner than other offices. They were able to schedule an early morning time, which was perfect for us. Dr Gaddy was great at explaining what he saw, what he recommended, and why he recommended it. I asked for and received the cash prices, which were all very reasonable. We were seen at our appointment time with no wait. The dental assistants were really patient, even though my kids are a handful.

Not a place for children. The Dentist was cold not kid friendly nor the place. It’s probably good for adults and big teens. Then the workers seem very unhappy and don’t know what they doing. They look like they working against each other instead of working together as a team. This place was last resort because every children's dentist was basically booked in my area. It was my first time there but all Greenberg dentist don’t seem kid friendly. I think a kids first visit should be pleasant with all the anxiety they feel the very first time!! They should work on there team work and how to deal with children.

Same day service! The Doctor was able to see us right away even when our dentist couldn’t or wouldn’t. The staff was courteous and was happy to get the records and X-rays needed right away. Everyone there was patient and kind. The dentist did a wonderful job. He was personable and professional. The assistants and techs were all great.

My main thing about this place is that they always seem to have some internal issues among the staff that gets dealt with in front of the patients. Besides that they do a good job and the dentist himself made my son happy even though he had to get a tooth pulled. He was smiling as he told everybody at home how he played Jingle Bells for him.
