ZERO STARS if I could. Horrible horrible staff. Lady doing the intake was clearly high on drugs, literally nodding off. The oral surgeon that removed my tooth refused to do a followup appointment after I ended up with dry socket. The office actually said that there's no way I could have it. After a trip to the ER and then to another oral surgeon (which I had to pay for) I got the stitches removed (which the other oral surgeon said WOULD NOT DISSOLVE AND HE HAD NEVER SEEN SOMEONE DO SUCH A HORRIBLE JOB WITH STITCHES) and 2 weeks of severe pain, this office refused to see me at all. They should not be able to practice and no one should ever go here!

Each visit the front desk staff (Taylor and Daisy) have been very helpful and friendly! They always go above and beyond and Dr. has been very informative and quick getting me in and out. I would give 5+ stars if I could. I highly recommend š

Greenberg Dental. What the hell?? They call yesterday to confirm my appointment for today at 5pm. I asked YESTERDAY "I thought my appointment was at 4" and she says no it's at 5PM.
I show up today at 4:45 and they give me attitude for missing my 4PM cleaning. The girl that called me said she assumed I knew I had a cleaning...I told her I asked about 4pm and she then switched too "I don't remember conversation".

Ok, first of all they quoted me $29 for the exam on the phone. They charged $40. I argued about the price but to no avail. They said that they would take care of her pain and they did nothing about her pain. The Dr. was supposed to be Dr. Schwartz and it was Dr. Nguyen. He prescribed an antibiotic but should have prescribed a pain pill too. Called the office at 4:00 pm and it was already closed. No call back after I left 2 VM's. My daughter-in-law was in excruciating pain all night.
