Called for 2 months to get a appt bcuz they said they would call in one week to schedule his crowning finally got appt and then Friday they called to reschedule it for today 12/12/22 then today they called and cancelled now giving me a appt for 12/22/22. So I guess we will see if he actually gets it done. So I give 0 stars for this place bcuz it's always something.

New and improved staff today! The lady were exceptional nice while she gave my son his 6 months appointment. Also first time in a year we were out of an appointment within a hour with cleaning X-rays and seeing the doctor keep up the awesome work Greenberg of Ocala!

The staff is too incompetent to schedule an appointment correctly. Went around with them four times and they still made the wrong appointment. So I miss a day at work my son misses a day of education, and will refuse to be seen because they scheduled the wrong appointment time. I'm sorry but if I'm about to Shell out a bunch of money on dental work and braces, I want it done by somebody competent. If they can't get the front staff together, what makes me think the work they'll do in the back will be any better. A really bad first impression, and I'll be taking my business somewhere more capable.

Office booked the appointment for my son in such a way that they said they would only take care of "one thing" during our visit but he was being referred for two reasons. From my experience most offices will do an initial xray or checkup for new patients. Not here.The doctor looked at my sons tooth for possibly 10 seconds, then gave me DIY instructions for how to pull my sons tooth at home because he would not do it. The reason? To not "disable" the child? Yes, because traumatizing him at home is the best way.... what a joke. His cavity, which was the real issue that needed to be addressed was not taken care of. Not a pediatric dentistry I would ever recommend.

First time going to this clinic for my daughter’s appointment. We arrived early 15 mins before her scheduled appointment. Looks like all the staff at this clinic are not ready they didn’t even call our insurance before the day of our visit. Also they don’t have the records and X-ray yet from the clinic who referred us to go here. Seriously waiting 1 and half hour just for consultation is not fun especially with a baby and toddler plus a 6 years old.

No one answers the phone or calls back. I’ve left multiple messages due to a referral from healthy smiles. Got ahold of someone through the answering service offered and said she couldn’t help because it wasn’t an emergency and my son wasn’t a patient. I will not be using this dentist nor do I recommend anyone else to.
