Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics

I'm not sure what was changed but the dentist my son originally saw here was okay, the dentist both of my small children see here now is great. You can tell he's really good with kids but does get overwhelmed with the more difficult child (thankfully not mine). The staff is great, very helpful and good with kids. I do wish they saw kids sooner than 5 years of age.

I'm pretty neutral about my experiences at Greenberg. Although some of the staff isn't very friendly they do always get my kids on the schedule. With multiple children it's nice to be able to take them all at the same time. They've also been able to get us on the schedule for the same day for a semi emergency. Wait time has never been to long however there isn't much seating in the waiting room which I'm sure is because of covid. All in all I really have no issues with Greenberg and will continue to go there.

Called and made an appointment with no issue but told them all the information and how old my son was. Drive an hour all the way out there for a consultation and Get told The specific thing they don’t do on patients younger than 10. What a waste of time. They could have saved me the time and trip by just saying that from the get go! Believe all the bad reviews because one will happen to you unfortunately!

Dr. Gaddy, the pediatric dentist is great! However the staff could grow to be more professional:
-No one had on a name tag
-There was no greeting upon arrival so we just stood at the receptionist desk until 1/5 people who were sitting there acknowledged us for check in
-Some of the chairs were stained in the waiting area
-The bathroom was “out of order” so thankfully in this time a neighboring business was allowing their facilities to be used by the general public
-The dental assistant did not provide privacy during the exam
-To check out post visit we were there again standing at the receptionist desk waiting on acknowledgment

They were very caring. Explained things. Only problem was we waited so long. There almost two hours. This was really hard for my five year old grandson. He was getting very impatient, he has disabilities and it was so hard on him.

Jennifer was nice and helpful on the phone. She got my husband in the next day for a painful tooth. He said office staff was all nice and kind,! as well was the dentist. He was also happy to have his appointment before work and actually had no problem getting to work on time.

They can never answer the phone. I waited 4 months so my daughter can have treatment. Just for them to tell me she needs to be referred to a surgical center. I can't find an appointment that's not 3 months out. Her cavity has turned into an emergency.

The overall experience wasn't bad. It has taken me a while to set up an appointment due to no call backs or being on call until hung up.
The hygienist was nice and professional.
The dentist was very a matter of fact. Hopefully my kids will get everything straightened out

I went in for cavities (self pay) after they talked me in to the discount plan they couldn’t fit me in until March 24 2022!! I went in November 2021. So basically I paid $189 for them to take an x-ray and schedule me out 4 months.. The dentist was wonderful but it just seems crazy I have to wait 4 months…

This is the worst medical office period! They never aanswer the phone, never return your voice mail, and can never get an auth done on time. A whole year later and my son's teeth are still half done. The staff and dental assistants never seem to know how to do anything. If I could give less than a start I would and if I knew who to report to I would.
