I am only teenager and went to see the doctor and the way he talked to my mom was so rude. All of his staff are unhappy and rude too. The dr gave me a shot in my mouth and when my mom went to complain about something the lady said the dr refused to work on my cavities even after he numb my entire face. He also really hurt my mouth because he was not paying attention to what he was doing. Don’t send your kids their parents. Unless you hate your kids. I think the only reason they have 4 stars is because they make fake accounts and make fake review about themselves.

I came in as a referral from Healthy Smiles because my daughter has needle anxiety, so they were gonna give her laughing gas. They had misspelled her name so when we were trying to sign in they told us we didn't have an appt. Taylor at the front desk was the most rude person I've ever seen working at any front desk. She made a comment, "what do you expect when you're paying with medicaid" and it was all downhill after that. I left very unsatisfied. I'd rather have a blind arthritic person with Parkinson's work on my children rather than deal with anyone in that office. The only reason they get a 1 from me is because there's no option for a 0.

When I came in for my appointment, I was told that it was cancelled but I was not informed. The front desk said that they were trying to reach me but couldn’t. When I asked when did they call because I didn’t get any calls, she then looked again and said, “Oh! we don’t have your phone number.“ I waited to get this schedule and the hygienist was there but she said that she just cannot do it that day. This was a waste of my time and the staff were not helpful. They even suggested that I go to another location that is 40 minutes away. Never mind, I am not coming back to this clinic and would not recommend them either.

I went in on October 29th to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. M Karpovck and his team were awesome. They went above and beyond. I was terrified and opted for IV sedation. I didn't feel a thing! They gave me detailed instructions for my aftercare. My surgery couldn't have went any better. Thank you guys so much!

The 5 star review is for the Oral Surgeon and his staff. Dr Mark Karpovck and his staff are an awesome group.
The front counter staff of that office is the most rude people in any service I've been in. I called the customer service number she was very friendly but it did not change how the front counter staff treated me. The one member of the staff thinks she is better then any other person and talks to people as if they are trash.

I had to wait 1 hour after my appointment time for Dr. Reddy at the Ocala college Rd office. Beverly his receptionist is nice but very unprofessional in customer service. After seeing Dr. Reddy twice she still could not remember how to spell my last name and it took her 10 mins trying to find me. She finally said to his dentist assistant Marisol to find me because she could not and when she told her my last name at loud, I said to her that is not the right spelling of my last name and after I corrected her than she found me in the computer. All this time looking she could not see the letters on the key board and it looked liked she needed glasses eventhough she had one pair on top of her head. Also, all the time I was there she was not wearing her mask which it was very disturbing and unsafe. Finally after all that I went through she gave me an appointment and apologize.
Dr.Reddy you need to replace your receptionist, scheduler and biller Beverly.

Dentist and staff were extremely knowledgeable. Answered all our questions, and left us feeling confident in my daughter's upcoming appointments.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Waited almost 2 hours in the parking lot just to be told that they had the wrong phone number. Reschedule the appointment for my 17 year old and they stayed at the time that she could come alone, when she gets there they tell her that she needs a parent. When I called them about it the lady that answered the phone was very rude and never apologized for me being given the wrong information and wasting my time again. I will never make another appointment with them again.

I had an appointment and still sat there for an hour and a half, I had to leave because my son was getting antsy. I was also not the only person to get up and leave there were others who left before I did. They did not seem to care much for the patients coming in.

Each visit consisted of clean environment, prompt, friendly and detailed services. We plan to return every six months!
