Had a wonderful experience at Greenberg Dental yesterday! Love my new dentist! She is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and helpful. She treats the dental assistants with respect and in turn they are so sweet too.

I gave this a one because i couldn’t put a zero. The first time I brought my kids to the silver springs location they did an ok job on my daughters teeth but skipped a lot of steps on my son. And they weren’t rude, yet we’re definitely not friendly and not there to make people feel more comfortable. The second time I went, they didn’t tell me the silver springs location was closed so I showed up there after missing work for nobody to even be at the office. My children missed that appointment and were told it’s gonna be another two weeks before they can be seen again when the reason they were coming back in the first place was to fix the teeth that have been bothering them since before the very first appointment. So then we go back two weeks later to the Ocala office, sat for over an hour before I went up to the desk and asked the girl how much longer it would be. She said rudely they were behind and didn’t know, then a woman at the opposite end of the wall called me over there and told me it would be at least another 30 mins. I wish I would’ve gotten that woman’s name because she was the only one in there concerned about the people instead of the money they are bringing in by completely overbooking their schedule. I told them to cancel the appointments and left. It was the worst experience I have ever had going to a dentist and I’ve moved a lot so I’ve been to several. I have never even thought about writing a review anywhere but everyone needs to know to stay away from this place.

Had a new patient visit and needed to have work begun on a crown(had a root canal from an endodontist 1 week prior) They performed the temporary crown, xrays, oral debridement, and a cavity in the span of about 3 hours which I thought was very reasonable. Dr Wyn made me feel at ease, communicated my options effectively, and bestowed a very high level of confidence in me as far as his competence and work ethic are concerned. Many of the reviews for this office are negative in regards to his office staff, but I had no problems whatsoever in regards to scheduling, communication, billing or expediency. I felt that my care was very much a priority to them. I am very pleased and look forward to my next visits, and have the utmost confidence that they can get me my smile back. Wait times were very reasonable, I never sat for more than 5 minutes wondering what was going on. Communication is my top priority and Dr Wyn very much excels in that, and is very relatable whereas many dentists I’ve seen have been borderline condescending. I didn’t feel berated for the condition of my teeth but rather reassured at the possibility of restoration. I will update this review after I’ve had more work performed.

ORTHODONTIST assistants are very nice! I cannot complain. The biggest issue I have with this office (braces only) is that they NEVER pick up their phone and NEVER call you back. I mean Ive left tons of messages and called many times but nothing. Have to go in person if you ever need to reach them. This is the only reason I am leaving two stars.

My grandson broke his tooth in half and called 4 dentist. Greenberg was the only one that helped immediately. Even his regular dentist said 2 weeks out 🙄 Greenberg got my whole family now as patients 😁

Really really great staff! Everyone os so efficient friendly and professional. Nobody gave me any flack about my horrid negleted teeth either.very understanding and ❤ never thought i would say i cant wait for my next appointment

Had a consult so far. The staff is professional and friendly! Taylor ( front desk) and Arlet. (DA)were kind, helpful and understanding. Dr. Nguyen was super cool and unrushed. The dental office is clean and smells pleasant. I do give them an overall 5* for how comfortable I was made to feel and the efficiency with which my case was handled.

I wish u could do zero stars!!!! They really need to teach the staff customer service!!! Cause they have NONE! The lady who called me was rude! To cancel my appointment dude the dentist is no longer there! I am pretty sure you knew this last week! However they decide to let you know the day of your appointment. No one never called for a confirmation appointment. All this could have been resolved then. Then the lady was upset because I corrected her! Never again will I go here! Please don’t waste your time and this dentist! This isn’t the first time I have had a problem with this office. You need new staff immediately. Hire some people with experience.

Horrible!!!!! Dr.Nygyuen is the rudest dentist I ever came in contact with. Refuse to provide service on my 15 year old child. Because she didn’t speak to him when he came in the room he claims. That she was on her phone wait for him to start her procedure! Then when confronted with the issues. He say I don’t work with children who don’t even speak to me when I walk in the room. My child barely received a proper cleaning! She was only in there 10mins! But yet you still charge my insurance! Let’s see how long you will around with that attitude! This whole office is a joke! The front desk is very rude! That can’t answer simple questions. Everyone is always on their personal cellphones. Look for another office to go to ASAP!!! Don’t waste anytime here!!

Please consider the bad reviews on here before setting an appointment with this place. We have had the same exact problems so many people complain about on here. Scheduling is often changed without notifying the patient. I was never informed I would be charged half the cost for a procedure up front until I got wise and decided to call the day before it was scheduled to check. Our last encounter we waited two hours after the scheduled appointment only to be told the dentist had to leave for an emergency. My daughter ended up at the hospital because of their negligence of care for their clientele. Please reconsider going through this office for your dental needs.
