I don’t feel that the cleaning was thorough. They did not use the instrument to scrape plaque on any of my children. They only brushed (with the electric brush) and flossed. Other than that, the service was fast and the people were nice.

Just got home after my first visit and found Dr. Evelyn Pereda to be absolutely terrific, with a good staff, too. Dr. P. has been the only dentist there for about a year and a half, so forget about the negative reviews below and make up your own mind. (The others specialize in braces.) After reading the mixed reviews below, I decided to make up my own mind. Turned out I left very happy to have met Dr. P, who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and gentle. What more could I ask?! In addition, Dr. P. uses a gentle tool to clean the teeth fast and quietly. What an improvement!

So nurses were great at taking care of me and my child the actual doctor is great! They walked me through every step however, the receptionist were all so rude , like they are cool on the phone and maybe one of them were a little nice but they all seem like they hate their job. I only was giving them the papers the NURSE TOLD ME TO GIVE THEM… and she was rolling her eyes like I insulted her. Like I understand to be in a bad mood but don’t take that out in your job.

Our child has sensory issues, and in the past it’s been difficult to have a full examination done without her having a meltdown. Greenberg was amazing, and she left feeling confident and proud, and didn’t once have issues. The dental assistants were so kind and patient with her, and the dentist had a wonderful bedside manner with her as well!

My son was a referral from Healthy Smiles (which is the best I love them) he had an appointment @11 am but because he was a referral he couldn’t be seen at the time of his appointment and was told that they didn’t know when he would be seen for the simple fact that he was a referral. My son needed cavities filled and needed the laughing gas do so. I would never go back to this place again and now Healthy Smiles knows about this problem and will never refer me or my son to go back.
