Hawaii Family Dental - Kapolei

I am a longtime patient at HFD Mililani, but after a not-so-great appointment with one of their dentists, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Wu at the Kapolei office as I still needed to finish my dental treatment. He was nothing short of amazing. He was kind, careful, and most important, he made me feel at ease every step of the way. It was a far cry from the "other" dentist who said that I "needed laughing gas" because I had to let him know that I was still feeling pain after receiving the anesthesia. If I ever need work done again, I'll be sure to see Dr. Wu. He is awesome!

Broken my front tooth filling off, they were able to squeeze me in same day even tho I had all 3 kids and they did perfection!! Mahalo nui loa

Staff was very friendly and professional. Doctor Kirsch did a great job on my fillings. The crown he replaced prior is a perfect fit, no complaints.

This review is solely based on my initial contact with Hawaii Family Dental Kapolei. I gave them a 5 star because I've called few places prior to contacting them and they're able to see my daughter TODAY!! I used Google to find a dental practice that will be able to take us in today and start treatment for a toothache. They asked few questions to see if this appointment is necessary for same day treatment or if this is something that could wait. My daughters general dentist messed up on her scheduled appointment, which caused my daughter to suffer one week waiting to reschedule for an exam and now, another two more weeks before they have availability to do treatment. Anyway, Hawaii Family Dental Kapolei will be seeing my daughter this afternoon and more than likely, for all of my daughters future dental care! Give them a call for your emergency dental needs. Sorry If i misspell your name. I believe it’s either spelled Jarrod or Jared but either way his customer service is unmatched. I had some bad experiences with dentists in the past which has caused me to stop going. Recently I’m trying to reclaim my dental hygiene so I started going again. Jarrod was so helpful with walking me through everything he was doing and was professional but made me feel at home. 10/10 would recommend.

I came in for consultation as I’m Having discomfort on my gum. I was seen right away by Dr Schuller. He determined that due to my tooth already loose, it needed to be extracted.

I am appreciative that they took care of my issue right away.

I dont normally post about my exaperiances but i have a lil girl whos ASD and this office dose everythijg they can to make it a fun time instead of scary my daughter came in crying not wanting to go thwn left with smiles and talked to anyone who would listen about her teeth. Thank you.

This office is very nice and clean. Everyone here is so nice and is amazing at their job. They are very transparent and clear about what they are going to be doing, how much it is going to cost, and what all your options are.

I am so happy that a friend told me about Dr Schuller. He is so friendly and he is doing an amazing job. I love my teeth!!!
