The Hygienist was very courteous and easy to talk to. I told her about my tooth issue while in Japan recently and how I resolved it. I noticed that she listened very carefully to what I said and did. She also reported this to the Dentist and the Dentist then followed up with me to make sure that I was ok. The Hygienist also answered all my questions regarding the xrays taken and my other questions regarding teeth whitening options. I was thankful for the detailed and complete explanations.

DR. BRETT STERLING was my dentist and his assistant was DESZHA LIU. I had my tooth extraction and he left a sharp piece of tooth inside my gums in purpose while Deszha helped. Dr. Sterling and Deszha Liu kept saying "It's going to be fast" atleast a dozen times during the procedure. When I wasn't even rushing them. So unprofessional and messed up people.

WARNING, WARNING. Do not let your child with Dr. JOSHUA WESTPHAL. This "doctor" will torture your child with no mercy just to get pay more by health insurance or you. He is scamming clients and insurance with false information about work that he do not accomplish. He can over work in your child mouth just to bill more to the insurance company, knowing that this can cause pain and other issues the child. But he don't care. He just care about his bank account balance. He will over charge you and over charge the insurance company. Avoid making your child be with a horrible doctor like him. I have a horrible experience with my child due to this horrible and evil doctor. I don't want any child suffer like my child did and no parent want their child to suffer or have a bad dental experience. The office has a picture of this horrible doctor in waiting room. This is a false advertised.

my wife needed a tooth pulled and that's no fun but Dr Hoang was quick and clean with minimal discomfort . It's healing nicely and we were completely satisfied and the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is she is going to need more dental work and when it's all done I hopefully anticipate 5 stars for Hawaii Family Dental

Always an awesome experience from entering till leaving! The staff and doctors are just awesome! Always feeling welcomed and respected. Would highly recommend!

I’m so thankful for the pediatric team! My daughter is not a fan of the dentist at all. She cries every time, but they have so much patience and get the job done quickly!

Hands down 🙌 to the best dentist office and staff. I am happy with my dentist and all the workers. Dr. Kirsch is very professional, always give good advices how to care for your teeth and in product of choice for the best results overall.

Prior to moving back to the islands my teeth needed extensive repairs due to complications from 2 “failed” implants done on the mainland. By the time I was able to get help for this post COVID from Dr. Sterling and staff that area was a total mess. Dr. Sterling basically “rolled up his sleeves”, stated what needed to be done in a kind and clear manner—very matter of fact—and then he and his staff went to work. I am so impressed and grateful for the results!

I am the person who has a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. I needed a crown placed. As horrible as it sounds to me. Both doctor and hygienist were compassionate and had a natural way of calming me. So in saying this, they made a horrible situation for me a good experience!

I had my comprehensive exam, dental cleaning, and fillings done with Dr. Doan. She and the hygienists are professional, kind, caring, and patient. I had positive experience both times I was there. They kept me as comfortable and relaxed as possible during the procedures. Front desk are very nice and efficient too. I would recommend this dental office and Dr. Doan. Mahalo!
