Great customer service. Front office greeted us as we arrived and made us feel welcomed! Girls up front take on a lot having to not only to check in patients but to deal with explaining cost for dental work whether it be good or bad. Give you guys LOTs if credit. I was not made to feel bad that I could not afford something that was offered to me. Even after all their hard work to help me on costs. I truly appreciated the help.
I was so nervous to do this procedure going in. The specialist and his assistant had such calming voices that it eased everything I was feeling. They talked to me and told everything that was happening and what they were doing. So, nothing was a surprise.

Hawaii Family Dental, Kapolei ,Dentist, Hygienist and Office Worker are very professional to handle there own task. I would like to thanks Dr. George Kang ,and all his hygienist for there professional and well mannered dealing with patients. There office is well equipped with high tech machines, but cleanliness, good hygiene and handling of equipment impress me most. I had a filling done by the ewa beach location and it broke in short time. I had the filling done by Dr Eng who seemed very concerned about being fast. I felt rushed out

I had gone to this location over the ewa beach location more out of availability. However.... I felt the dentist (C. Armstrong) was less concerned about leaving or turning over her chair. She took the time to make sure the anesthetic was working prior to beginning. I felt she was very professional and will return to her location for future work.

Dr. Sadiguii and his assistant make a great team! The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend Hawaii Family Dental without hesitation.
