Great atmosphere, clean, modern, fast in & out dental services, professional feel. Dentist, Hygenists, the Assistants are friendly, love to talk story with the clients during the sessions. Makes you feel like your in comfortable safe hands. Only thing is sometimes the staff in front they don't seem as professional as they should. Interactions with other staff & sometimes patients maybe they having a bad day?
Other than that, I still recommend this place at least.
V. Family
A big shout out and thank you to Dr. Westphal. He is really an amazing Pediatric Dentist for my 3 boys. Ages 5, 7 and 15. Very accommodating and child friendly. My boys feel comfortable with him. I strongly recommend him specially for those family that has kids with autism. And also to his team, I can’t remember all their names but I know Karla is one of them. Thank you all so much. They fitted me in their schedule last minute. Darcy my hygienist was very nice and always asking if I was okay during the cleaning. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Went here as soon as I found out they made a dentist closer to my home. And my god was the service phenomenal. Staff was very helpful and patient with me. The service was a blessing compared to the other hawaii family dental. The assistants were very keen and quick to help. They were doing an amazing job stopping the spread of Covid-19 with a temp check when you walk through the door. The store is very conveniently placed for everyone and there isn't too much waiting time to get in. The staff made me feel at home, providing all my needs as soon as I stepped through the doors. The assistants did a fantastic job helping me get set up for my dentist. I'm very adamant on my next visit here if the staff is anything like they were on my first time here!

Dental hygienist, Jared, was caring and gentle in his cleaning and explaining of what he was doing.
Dr. Franz Schuler, was ever much the professional, as well as personable. I believe that this facility is the fourth and newest of this dental group and it still had "the new car smell" to it! In addition, to the state of the art equipment, the front office staff made me feel quite welcome and comfortable.
The only thing lacking was an offering of espresso or cappuccino, lol.

I cannot rate this office high enough!! Five stars is to low, take about 20. I kinda wish I could keep them to myself because it's been the best Dentist I've ever had and amazing hygienists and receptionists. Everyone treats you like family! Receptionists help with speedy check in and explain what the cost will be before you even start so no big $$$ surprises. Plus they are just so nice.
I have to share that I am a very anxious patient, like two tanks of laughing gas for a filling, nut job wreck. Dr. Schuller was incredibly nice and helped me through each part of the procedure, and ensuring that I had zero pain. It's always nice to have a dentist who not only enjoys his job and is freaking amazing at it.
