Everyone made me feel so welcomed and I felt super comfortable! Everyone at the office made sure I was okay and talked story with me, it really helped to ease my nerves and make me a lot less stressed. They really did treat me like I’ve known them for years. I would 10/10 recommend this dentist office!

The dentists and hygienists here are incredible and probably my favorite among the 4 total dental offices I've been to.
However, I had the most negative experience with their oral surgeon. I wanted to get my wisdom teeth out and was a little nervous since I've never had any dental work done. I opted to get laughing gas but it wasn't working and the oral surgeon insisted on doing the numbing shots anyway. In my opinion, he was so aggressive and could not have cared less about how nervous I was.
I would rather be in pain than have him take my wisdom teeth out. I think it's such a shame that he ruins the kind Aloha spirit of the office.

They have been amazing! I had to go in initially for a cracked tooth and ended up loving their service and staying with them for all my dental needs. Their staff is friendly and make things easy. They are able to work around my work schedule and I’m not waiting months for an appointment like my old dentist. My dentist Franz Schuller is great at answering questions and makes me laugh and feel more comfortable. Their office is also very clean, safe, and technology seems very new.

Dr Sterling. The only oral surgeon they employ. His bedside manner unpleasant...he's impatient..and rude. I went in for a routine wisdom tooth extraction last month. Still numb in the area and painful to the touch. I finally went in to the Kapolei location 2 days ago and they took a new x-ray... there's a root still on my jaw that wasn't removed while the one next to it was deeper and removed...WTH!...I haven't been able to eat solid food for a month....and I have no choice but to see him again next week...Use caution...just as others have reviewed this guy...they are spot on.

The warm welcome of all and dear Kealoha is so thoughtful and kind . My previous dentist retired and she was exceptional and now I feel very thankful to be under the expert care of Dr. Kirsch, very knowledgeable , thorough and skilled . I recommended Hawaii Family Dental to two of my friends too .

I love this dental office. The people there are so nice and they think about your comfort at all times. They even asked me if I was feeling cold and wanted a blanket. The doctor ( Dr. Armstrong ) has the most amazing personality . Luv her. The staff there are great also, very kind people with a great attitude. 👍

I would like to compliment the Kapolei office of Hawaii Family Dental on my most recent visit. The staff is professional and polite - even called me to come in early, if it fit my schedule. Dr Kang was not only fully competent in my procedure; he went out of his way to call me the next morning to check on my status. I would gladly provide them an EXCELLENT review.
