Hawaii Family Dental - Kapolei

Dr. Kang and staff were super friendly, and professional. The office is conveniently located near where we live, the waiting room is nice and clean as well as the dental rooms. I have no complaints and I generally do NOT like going to the dentist! Would absolutely recommend Hawaii Family Dental - Kapolei!

I was very satisfied with Kapolei Family Dental service's. From the initial signing in to the very end with the assistant escorting me to the exit door was very professional. Both the oral surgeon and his assistance was so professional. I was feeling cold and slightly shivering from being nervous, and the assistant took notice and went out of his way to get a blanket to cover me which made me comfortable and warm. . The oral surgeon was also very professional. He was very precise and efficient explaining every step of the way during the procedure. He would tell me things like "you're gonna feel a little pressure" right before doing each step of the procedure. His style of how he conducts each segment of the procedure made me feel very comfortable. I never experienced this with any other dentist. Most just don't talk tp the patient. They just talk to the assistant in dental terms leaving most patients unexpected of what lies ahead in the procedure. I think more dentist and oral surgeons should take note and learn this style of dentistry. It was a very pleasant experience there, and believe me, I hate the dentist. I think that Kapolei Family Dental is newly opened. But as new as they are, that place is run l like a well oiled machine. I give them a 110 percent rating !!!

It’s a calm and friendly environment. I love the doctors there and love how they really care for their patients. They always check up and talk story to make you feel comfortable.

Clean office, great staff and the best dentist on the island! Dr. David Kirsh is heaven sent for people like me who tries to push appointments due to fear of shots and procedures. And can we stop and appreciate that they give you a blanket during your appointment to make you more comfortable.

I am in the second phase of putting in implants. And when Dr. David Hoang first told me of the treatment plan, I was quite nervous simply because I do not like drills. But Dr. Hoang and his team have been great in just putting my inner anxiety at ease and despite all the physical discomforts that naturally comes with a procedure like this, it has not been as bad as I thought at all. I've had bad experiences in the past that kept me away from dental visits. David Kirsch and his staff at Hawaii Family Dental Kapolei were AMAZING!!! Friendly, caring, and understanding. The office is really clean and comfortable. I just referred my family and plan to refer all my friends too.

Jared does an awesome job and always makes my visits worthwhile. He does a great job and gives great tips on good oral hygiene at home. Hawaii Family Dental in Kapolei have such a hospital team illuminating that feel of ohana. Very clean and cozy. I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible experience with Dr. Sterling. Terrible bedside manner. Did not feel safe with him working on my child. He refused to let the mother be in the room during dental procedure, even though child is a minor. Child had an anxiety attack before procedure could start and he was very unkind and had no compassion about the situation. Will not be visiting this dentist again, you would be wise to keep your children away as well.

My experience with Hawaii Family Dental is very positive. The environment is very clean with saying that I feel safe and comfortable having my services done there. The staffs is very polite and courtesy. My Dental Doctor and Hygienist takes the time to explained what they will be doing. Very concerned in my well being and comfortable.
