Today I had my implants put in for my comfy lite Dentures to snap on to. Dr. Was awesome! I was very nervous and he handled things perfectly. I can't wait to heal to continue with the procedure. I've never had my bottom denture handled right. He assured me he would make sure they fit and look properly unlike the Dr. That installed them 2 years ago in another state. I had a amazing experience go get your implants installed by him.

This has got to be the worst dentist I have ever been to. I'll start with my first visit, which initially seemed pleasant. I needed to get a filling done for a small cavity they found. I was given a quote and decided to go for it, as I'd always known dentists to be expensive. Little did I know of all the small prices they had snuck in to raise the price. I asked for an itemized receipt after, only to see I had been charged for an electric toothbrush at $150! A toothbrush I did not want or give consent to, but there I was with a brand new unnecessary toothbrush. Following my visit, I was still exhibiting pain on the same spot. Two months went by and I decided that was enough. I went in to get it checked again, but nothing was found and I was just getting "accustomed" to it is all. It has now been over 8 months and the pain has gotten worse. I tried going in but they won't even look at it unless they've charged for another exam. All for a tooth that they worked on and never left right. And even after the initial cost, they don't assure me I won't have to pay more for THEIR mistake. With all these costs, I'm better off just going to a brand new dentist and paying them to start over. This is the worst place, go anywhere else if you can. There's a reason they always have open appointments, avoid at all costs!

I'm satisfied with the visits I had at Aspen Dental. The staff are really nice and they seek for better customer experience which is one thing I liked. Particularly, Dr. Thompson, Mr. Iman and Lady Tania made my experience comfortable and convenient. Discussing with them was full of interesting details and positive outcomes.

Worst dentist on this earth. First off, they start with being pleasant and like they know how to do anything. Wrong. Months later multiple crowns done wrong. Lots of pain and trauma. Had a crown ripped out of my mouth, bruised. Got a refund for one of them. I had to go to a REAL dentist to replace 3 of the crowns Aspen dental did. Please don’t ever go here. These people are terrible and know nothing.

It's not affordable. They are a rip off. Doing whatever to use all the insurance and didn't actually do anything plus making me pay out of pocket. I will never go back again.. Not only out of pocket at visit but now another bill in the mail. I have really good dental insurance.and I shouldn't have any cost out of pocket for the first $2000 it wasn't even close. Basically charged me the whole cost. Unreal... I'm not paying it. Never. I'd rather them fight with my insurance.

Staff were nice enough. Billed for a service the insurance wouldn't cover. Seemed deceptive and they probably should have had an idea and given a warning that it might not be covered. Didn't really need the service and when I called back, the person tried to lay it all on the insurance. Yes, I know insurance companies are terrible and can deny claims, but on the flip side, how about not up-selling unnecessary treatments? Simply disappointing.

I wish I can give zero or negative star, horrible experience. They are playing tricks and trying to con patients. In general, regular checkup should include examination and cleaning. However, they intentionally split this service into several parts and charge each part to the maximum of your insurance. Now the check up consists of "diagnosis" (I am using quote here to emphasize) , cleaning and post-cleaning. In that case, you can't use your insurance to cover your regular check-up and you have to pay extra if you want both "diagnosis" and cleaning. In addition, they tried hard to challenge your IQ to buy their useless services (pretty much like a car dealer). Sorry you didn't succeed because I had a PhD. If you don't want to be treated like a fool, stay away from this place.

Went to Aspen Dental because I knew I needed my teeth removed and to get dentures. I thought the first visit was alright but found out they did the mouth impressions so bad that when they made the immediate dentures I can't close my mouth with them in and they dig into my gums so bad I cry. On my first check up after having my teeth pulled they didn't really check the healing of my gums like they were supposed to. They focused on trying to grind down the horrible fitting immediate dentures that still dig into my gums and I still can't close my mouth with them in. I also noticed that they way over schedule for 1 dentist. When I was having my teeth pulled the dentist kept being interrupted and told "you have a patient waiting in 4", "you have a patient waiting in 5" and so on until he had every available little cubicle filled and he is the only dentist working there. Also beware as this Dental office will charge you money if they have to write you a prescription. All around I'm a week out from having my teeth pulled and I am still in massive pain even without wearing the immediate dentures that were made ill fitting (more like made for someone else).

Edit: After speaking with someone from the office on the phone the girl decided to be insulting saying "you can't speak or eat without teeth." They also refuse to refund for ill fitting dentures they made. They keep pushing to make adjustments and refuse to admit they made them wrong. They also won't show proof they used my bite mold to make the dentures as they said they got rid of the bite mold when they should at least have a digital scan of it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Edit #2: After multiple times going back and them making adjustments to the ill fitting dentures and the dentures keeping me from closing my mouth, the had me come back to do an alveoplasty. The dentist dropped the drill when working on my bottom jaw, had an assistant wipe it down and then kept going. I now have an infection in my mouth that sent me to the Emergency Room 13-15 hours after the alveoplasty. Now I have to go through multiple Doctors appointments as my liver is possibly in danger of being damaged from the infection. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! YOUR LIFE IS MORE VALUABLE THAN TO LET THESE PEOPLE PUT YOUR HEALTH IN DANGER!!!

Permanent crown just came off a second time. And was chipped a few weeks ago. The manger is a unbelievable and told me I must be doing something wrong. Of which is eating food. I have been acused of grinding my teeth which clearly isn’t the case since none of my teeth are worn and my other permanent crown is just fine. The funny part is my other permanent crown I have had in for 6 years. It has never came out once. A $600 permanent porcelain crown I have had since August. Not only that but my cavities I got filled in August were done incorrectly. Which was confirmed by another dentist and the Aspen manger Tanya is refusing to refund me for the cavities and crown.stating “I do not know hat other dentist do at their practice just mine.” Do not go here service is bad and if you have insurance they add extra things on the fancy x-rays, fluoride, $100 tooth brush, and special cleanings. I will be going to another location to get this sorted. I am being taken advantage of because I am 22 years old and am being treated like a child. I would like my $800 wasted back.
