I had an appointment at 5pm. I never did see the Dr. I finally asked what was going on at 6:15. There was a surgery that took longer than expected. That is fine but I should have been told so I could decide if I wanted to wait or not. They seem a little unorganized to me.

Went in with bad tooth pain. So far they prescribed antibiotics & pain meds for me. Will take care of my teeth when pain & swelling gums is better, next week. They set up a plan for my situation.

First time patients, and we had to wait for one hour to have our x-rays (poorly) taken, and another hour for them to tell us that the hygienist was not available and we had to wait a month and a half to have another appointment to see her. We immediately took our x-rays and went for another practice. These people are as bad as it gets.

The staff were excellent! So nice and kind and made me feel comfortable. The only thing that prevented a great experience was having to wait in the waiting room for an hour and a half before being seen. With an appointment.

The dentist that pulled my teeth was awesome! The only problems I had was my appointment was originally scheduled for 11, they called the night before and had me come in at 930, when dentist getting things ready they realized that my partial wasn't done and I had to wait another hour before we got started. When we did finally get start I was in and out in like 30 mins... The assistant tho didn't go over anything about the care of my partial.. matter of fact if I didn't need gauze then I wouldn't have even gotten paperwork since she was letting me leave because her friend was there. All in all it was better then my last go around. However don't rush me out the door because your running late when it's your fault!

I was greeted by friendly faces from the moment I walked through the door! I have horrible dental anxiety and everyone from the front desk to the Dentist made me feel comfortable. Miranda helped me work on payment options, so super sweet! I will most definitely be back!

Unethical. Went to them with my wisdom teeth fully impacted. They did one Xray and took them out. They should have checked how close they were to the nerves with another scan and referred me to an oral surgeon. Now I have nerve damage and can't feel the right side of my tongue.

Kimberly did my x-rays & Dr. Babbar was the dentist. I had not been to a dentist for many years & they were very kind. I would recommend AspenDental to anyone looking for dental care. Everyone was very compassionate & caring.

These people ripped me off. I had dental insurance when I went in and they told me they would charge them. When the insurance failed to pay I agreed to pay the remaining balance and they told me since it was not my fault, I would get the discount from the insurance. When I went back, they told me that was not true and the discount was not given to me after all. All in all, I paid almost $6000 for something that I could of gotten cheaper any where else. They were not truthful with me.

I was really nervous and scared due to past experiences at other dentists. Dr Thompson was wonderful kind and caring. Karneisha was the greatest support I needed. She was reassuring and walked me thru all of it. Even helped me keep my mind off the pain. Now I finally after 6 months got relief from the tooth causing my pain. thanks again to these two lovely people.
