Gave us an appointment over the phone for that day, got there and waited almost 45 minutes for her to just tell us they did not have down for an appointment but we could wait 2 plus hours and come back if wanted to be seen. Rescheduled for following week as handicap and don't drive. Came to appointment(was told to arrive 15-20 mins early since was 1st time there, we did and sat because was early(she got kind of snotty about it). Was just expecting a free consultation and that was what had asked for as just wanted to go over new denture options w dentist, ended up having to pay for xrays before could even be seen by dentist. Girl who checked me in once in room spent more time playing w her nails than helping me, I asked very basic simple questions and was told I don't know you will have to ask someone else. Finally seen dentist went over what I was looking for asked prices and was told would have to talk to girl at front desk. Got out to her and none of the price options were anywhere near what they said their promotions were, was over triple what they said their promotion was. Very poor customer service, office not that clean and everyone encountered was very unprofessional.

Aspen Dental is efficient. However, they need to work on their bedside manner. I went in for a crown fitting which they did swiftly but they failed to tell me how to properly care for the crown or for my gums. They didn't explain to me how my gums might be feeling or even the best methods for dealing with the swelling. Their efficiency also meant that they sized the temporary crown incorrectly. When it fell out, I had to go back and have a new one installed. I was seen by someone else entirely who seemed more competent and was more gentle with me. She also fitted the temporary crown better and gave me detailed after care instructions. I've been here a few times and basically this place is hit or miss.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. My wait was short, and due to a cancellation, they went ahead and offered to do my cleaning right after my new patient exam which was a huge time saver for me.

I went for the $19 exam and x-ray special. Despite arriving early for my morning appointment with all of my paperwork already completed, I still waited over an hour to be seen. Then, I was signed up for the payment plan without being told it was a healthcare credit card (and would thus be a hard pull on my credit) until after everything was already run through - the office manager just asked for my license to "put in my info".

Absolutely was appalled by the service I received. Yes I was a new patient, but when I call you the day before my appointment and give you my insurance info like you requested I expect you to have it entered and done by the time I arrive to my appointment. But no you still asked for all my info and made me wait 20mins in the waiting room so you could get my dental insurance. I understand paperwork must be filled out when you are a new patient, I had no problem with that but when you make me wait 20mins after the start of my appointment because you failed at your job to properly enter my insurance info then I start having a problem. My appointment was at 12pm and while I was waiting to see someone for 20mins two ppl that just showed up were able to go right in and see someone. I find your wait time very unacceptable. Then once I was able to finally be seen by someone. You set me in a chair and then waited additional 15mins to be seen by an actual doctor. It was a slow rainy day, it shouldn't have taken me two hours for just a few x-rays and a consult. I am very appalled by the quality and service I received by Aspen. I will not be going back. At all. You honestly don't deserve a star at all but in order to post this I have to give atleast one star.

I highly recommend this office, I felt like all my concerns were addressed and that they really cared to help improve my smile. I was given good advice in many areas and it was a super good experience compared to other places I have been.

The personnel at the Champaign busy are very polite and professional, these folks go far beyond whats expected of them and I mean ALL of them, Kimberly I met my first visit and also today explains so well whatever she's doing for me , she makes sure that I get it crystal clear and I am always looking forward to see her. My doctor Dr. Thompson also explains things so well and these things that some would say are simple mean the world to me. Paying for a service and you feeling they are exceeding what you paid for feels really great. Last I want to thank the staff for the many times that I have been helped taking my oxygen back to my vehicle by members of the Aspen staff, that's not a part of dentistry but these guys has helped me and I am thankful. I made the very BEST choice when I chose Aspen Dental Champaign IL

Dental staff are nice, services seem good. Business staff/salesperson is shady.
