Thorough with X-rays, performed an oral cancer screen. Did a nice job explaining things I had questions about since this was my first time going to this dentist

Pros:
Staff was very friendly.
Doctor was very thorough in explaining his findings.
They were not high pressure in pushing their services.
Cons:
I waited approximately 1 hour to be called back for my appointment.
This cost me time along with my wages from work. A phone call would have given them a 5 star rating, plus it's common courtesy.
( My time is just as important as theirs. )
Hopefully this isn't an every day occurrence because that was my only complaint.

Staff was great and Dr. Hedger was the best. Highly recommend going here for your dental needs.All the staff is great, the techs are awesome and the receptionists are the best. Ask for Jazz.

This is my first time to write a review. I felt they took advantage of me. I stayed there more than 1.5 hr and only took 3 xray. My dentist spent at most 10 min on checking my tooth and had no idea about why I felt painful with suggestions to have deep clean which will charge me $1200.

I will never ever go back to this place my husband had 3 teeth pulled they were still bleeding 5 days later today I took him to express care and he is not only infected the dentist broke a tooth off that he was pulling and just left it and now it's coming out the Side of his gum. My own experience was even worse the dental assistants are amazing but the dentist who cared for my husband and I was horrible. Now 10 days later my husband is still in pain and we are having to go to another dentist to have it fixed
