The staff genuinely care about you and are very attentive to your fears of the dentist! I just met the new dentist and he was very kind and explained my treatment plan thoroughly.
I have been a patient for almost a year and I will continue with this office for my dental needs.

The most amazing dental experience in a long time. The staff is amazing and Dr Krueger was the best. Upfront with prices and treatment plan with no push for add ins. Very happy and I have found my new dentist.

The staff is nice, but the skill is lacking. They told me I needed a bunch of work done that I didn't need (as later confirmed by two other dentists) and on the when they did do (some fillings) I had to keep going back because they kept getting my bite wrong. I was at the dentist almost every other week! They also left cement in my gum from a crown which was a very painful experience. I would recommend not going here unless you need a tooth pulled because that's the only procedure that did not cause me trouble.

Nicole is the best hygienist around. Jasmine and the office staff are always friendly. They will always take the time to explain the care they are giving. They also ensure you completely understand your treatment plan, even the costs associated with it.

I called at 8 am this morning because my husband broke a tooth off 2 days ago and was in so much pain and up all night last night they got him in at 9:30 and made sure he was comfortable and pulled the tooth my husband feels a thousand times better I had called every dentist office and oral surgeon in the area and they could and would not get him in until next week or later!
Thank you for your great work and empathy for my husband!

The assisting staff is wonderful, but that’s about the only nice thing I can say. The doctor is condescending, skirts around answers, and seems to only want to do things his way. I had my first visit in July of 2018. At that appointment, which I scheduled due to some intense pain, the doctor asked me if I had a history of hard drug use. I was appalled. I explained that wasn’t the case AT ALL, left the office thoroughly embarrassed, humiliated, and in tears. I went to a different dentist to have the broken tooth extracted. I got a call a few weeks ago (April 2019) that it was time for me to get a cleaning. So I decided to give this office another chance. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and was taken to a room (none of which appear to have doors for any semblance of privacy, yet they mention HIPAA in most of their responses to negative reviews). When the dentist finally came in almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time, he said a regular cleaning wouldn’t do any good, he wanted to do a “deep-cleaning” that my insurance doesn’t cover, and did nothing but poke around my gums to measure them. He gave me a treatment plan to remove my teeth and get dentures, but upon asking questions, he provided little understanding. At one point, he even said he’d have someone come in and explain it to me, but that never happened. The dental assistant did take one X-day because the dentist thought I had an abscess, but as soon as she finished that, I was rushed out. So I left there for the SECOND time feeling horrible about myself and feeling even more justified in my hatred and deep-seated anxiety for dentists. Oh! And the treatment plan I was given was almost $20,000.

Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. I should’ve looked at them before my first visit. And I should’ve trusted my gut before going back for a second time.

Oh! And because the dentist asked why I went somewhere else for my tooth extraction (the very next day) instead of going back to them, I’ll say this. When you have a horrible bedside manner and leave people feeling like garbage, they don’t want to come back to you. You are condescending and rude. But because I really didn’t feel like being that blunt with someone who was about to poke around in my mouth, I lied and said it was because of the cost difference. Which is partly true. But mostly it was because of your condescension that I chose to go to a different location.
