I was referred here from Sagamore Meadows Dentistry because I wanted a second opinion, and thank goodness I did! Dr. Krueger was wonderful - informative, helpful and straight-to-the-point. I came to Dr. Krueger for a consultation regarding a wisdom teeth extraction and a second opinion about my general dental health. LifeSmiles took the extra initiative and pulled my insurance. They gave me an estimate and break-down of every single thing that I would be charged for, which took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Dr. Krueger noticed decay in a previous filling that I had had as a child, which my previous dentist did not see. Had I not come to LifeSmiles, this decay could have gone untreated! Unacceptable! Instead of talking only with his assistant in "dental jargon," Dr. Krueger explained to me exactly what he was doing, and even had me hold a mirror so that I could see what was going on. I now feel like I am in the right hands. I would absolutely recommend LifeSmiles to my friends and family.

UPDATE 9/15/2017:
I had my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday by Dr. Krueger, and he was absolutely wonderful. I have never had any kind of surgery before this. I have extreme anxiety, and needles especially freak me out. Dr. Krueger cracked jokes and warned me so I wouldn't see the needle. Plus he and his staff sang me the ABCs during the anesthesia injections. I'm almost 22, so I am very thankful for them going above and beyond to make me comfortable even though it was a little silly. The staff was thorough in explaining after care instructions, and I received a follow up call this morning to check and see how I was doing. I was ensured that if I need something over the weekend that I can call and leave a message for the doctor in case of an emergency. I would 100% recommend Dr. Krueger to anybody. The entire staff made my experience wonderful.

Terrible customer service. Made me wait outside in the rain because I was 10 minutes early. Were rude and condescending. Waited forever to get my insurance info to be processed before I could even be seen and several other people left without service because they took too long to be treated and finish paperwork. Dirty waiting room and dingy examination rooms.

Very friendly doctors as well as the staff! Excellent care! In no way does it feel the stereotype of being a scary place. Everyone was warm and friendly and very informative.

I have enjoyed being a patient here. The hygienist is delightful as is the dentist. Quick and painless cleanings. They tend to be busy, so expect a bit of a wait before your appointment, but overall I would recommend this dentist!

Had 3 fillings today and they made the experience very smooth they helped alleviate my anxiety through the whole process.

I love this place! The nurses are ALL super nice which is really rare now days, and the receptionist is such a sweet lady. My four year old daughter just had her 1st cleaning and she was ready to go back the next day. Lol.

I have been visiting LifeSmiles Dentistry for over a decade now. They have always done a great job taking care of my dental issues, sometimes at their cost.

I prefer visiting a knowledgeable dentist that is proactive in recommending a good dental treatment plan versus one that is doing the minimum, potentially compromising my dental health down the road.

My experience has been positive and I would recommend Dr. Krueger to others.

i was left feeling pretty down on myself after my visit, the dental work they did was fine got 3 wisdom teeth and an impacted molar taken out, healed nicely but my lip stayed numb for almost 3 weeks. it was the "life lesson" speech i was given. how my husband and i need to better ourselves with careers (even though my husband graduated from college and has a career) how we need to get healthy and made sure that the tartar on the back of my teeth was met with a jab of "i cant fix 10 years of not brushing your teeth) while i agree my teeth are not the greatest i have always brushed. the nurse i had was very nice and gentle but the others that were carrying on in the halls were making fun of a patient they were seeing. they also wanted to charge me for a deep gum cleaning that was 1500 dollars, i called around and found a dentistry in lafayette that will do it in 4 payments of 70 dollars for your entire mouth and have a better rating. doesnt matter how well the work is done, you should not walk out of a dentist feeling like your entire self is dirt. i was scheduled for a future appointment but after this and all the other experiences im reading i will not be going back

Lindsay was very professional yet friendly and efficient. Everyone in the office is great also. The dentist is thorough and kind.
