30 December appointment. I needed a tooth pulled. I was in pain for 4d. Caitlyn got me in right away Monday morning. Nichole was right there taking care of me. Caitlyn was right there too. There was another technician that froze my tooth before Doc Leno went to work on me. I don't know her name but she was squared away too. Doc Leno took his time and got the bad tooth out with no pain! The whole staff is to be commended! They took care of me with kindness and compassion! Hard to believe a little bad tooth can bring a man to his knees! Great work!

Excellent Care, all staff are friendly and patient. I am removing one star because of some insurance/payment confusion that I experienced before attending my appointment. The blame for this confusion rests half with my insurance provider, but also half with Life Smiles. Hopefully my visit helped clear up some of the difficulties within transferring information and estimating payments and co-pays. Otherwise, I have nothing poor to say about this office, I would recommend a visit to anyone!

This place is terrible.
1. I called them a week ago and made an appointment. They said that they will text me and confirm the appointment, but they never did.
2. I thought the appointment was 10:30am and I arrived at 10:05am. They told me it was 10:50am and I had to leave and wait in my car.
3. They measure my temperature and said I got fever and cancelled my appointment. I measured oral temperature at home and it was 99.0F.
4. When I made the appointment, I was told the the x-ray check is $122, which is more expensive than other places.
5. I asked them at least twice if I can use Delta Dental Patient Direct, which is a discount plan. They never answered me that question.
6. There are always connecting issues on their website: Secure Connection Failed, SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE. Probably they won't spend any money on their website maintenance.
7. I got an advertisement from them which contains a free oral exam. But when I called them, they said I was not eligible.

They are anything but far away from professional, friendly or helpful.

Dr kruegar was amazing and is now retired. The Dr Leno's took his place is a caring amazing dentist! Absolutely love the nurses too! I recommend them. Totally

Dr Lenos was fantastic. I had a bad experience at another dentist and had procrastinated getting a root canal. Dr Leno’s was sensitive to my anxiety and walked me through every procedure, making sure I was pain free. I would recommend him any day!

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr Krueger and his staff immediately recognized this and made sure to explain everything. They are all so friendly and truly do care about their patients.

They are on time with my appointments. The offices are clean and comfortable and I am always informed clearly what procedure they are about to do.

Thank you Dr Krueger and staff for making my appointments with you enjoyable and less fearful.

Everyone very friendly. Hadn't been to a dentist since my wisdom teeth came out about 20 years ago, so I had to get fillings in almost every tooth. They did them at a decent enough pace that I didn't get hella overwhelmed.

I call to make an appointment for an emergency dental procedure. they were able to get me in the same day within 2 hours. The dental assistant and dentist both were honest, up front, detailed in their explanations, and went the extra mile. Thank you!

This dentist office is seriously the best I've ever gone to, and I've been to quite a few! (Lived here most of my life and jumped around because of my parent's insurance as a kid) The people here are super nice, open, and they love to educate and talk about what is going on, and will sit down to explain if needed. I just had my wisdom teeth removed and was in so much pain that I called to see what I needed to do to subside it a bit (Not his fault, I'm a big baby), and the dentist came back to the office during the afterhours just to administer some numbing shots. It seriously meant the world to me, and this isn't the first time he has gone above and beyond. He really cares about his patients. I highly recommend trying out this dentist office. ❤

My experience here was excellent. My hygienist, Aimee, did an excellent job and I feel like she genuinely cared for my health rather than trying to dispatch me as quickly as possible or, as I have experienced at some offices, give me expensive treatment I don't need. I really can't express what a breath of fresh air it was to be treated here.
