I do NOT recommend this dental practice. I made an initial appointment with their office that they subsequently canceled. I was annoyed by this but decided to give their office another chance. I made another appointment and arrived 10 minutes early for my 3:30 PM appointment. I was glad I arrived early when I found that their incredibly small parking lot was completely full. I ultimately had to park elsewhere. Once in the office, I found that the staff were curt and unfriendly. I completed my paperwork and was waiting for my appointment when a staff member told me that they were running “very behind” and that I would need to wait for at least 30 minutes.
I was once again annoyed by this mismanagement of their scheduling, but willing to wait 30 minutes to still have my appointment and get my teeth cleaned. However, after waiting for an HOUR they still had not started my appointment and were not sure when they would be able to begin it. I also had another commitment at 5:30 that I did not want to take the chance that I would miss due to their poor service and planning. Ultimately, I could not wait any longer and wasted almost two hours of my day on a dental appointment that never even happened.
Another piece of cautionary information is that they have rotating dentists at this practice and some of their dentists are only in the office one day a month, severely limiting a patient’s ability to schedule appointments.
If you want to experience a terrible dental practice then try Life Smiles, otherwise I highly recommend going to another practice.

I came for my first appointment today, after neglecting my dental care for a while. I unfortunately was advised I need full mouth extractions, but they were wonderful during the process and extremely compassionate. I highly recommend this dental office, they really take the time to explain things to you in a way you can understand.

I had a pleasant experience with this practice. I am usually apprehensive about dental work with past experiences. The treatment approach by the staff was excellent. I went for dental work on three separate occasions; the quality of work was great from the dental assistants Alex, Rocio, and Hannah. Alex and Amy did well to ensure my paperwork was in order and provided recommendations for scheduling future work. My appointments were timely and well coordinated. Dr. Hedger was great in providing me with simple straight forward recommendations for my treatment plan. I am impressed by this team and am grateful to have a dental practice that I am willing to visit again!

So far so good my husband and I both have gone to them. Just for a little now but I feel like there honest and laid-back. Very quick with their work not like most dentist takes forever. They are good at what they do so you do have a long wait for scheduling but I guess that's because everybody loves them. I also don't feel like they are money hungry if you don't need it they not going to push for you to get it and are quite honest about where to get stuff even if it's not from them.
