Worst experience or my life. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Could not get second tooth out because numbing meds didn’t work and didn’t tell me until I got there that they ran out of gas. So I had to wait a month plus to get this tooth they broke out. And when I finally get the tooth out on a Friday afternoon, they forgot to send meds to the pharmacy. So spent the whole weekend without pain meds. The whole experience was awful.

The staff is always friendly! The Dentist is amazing! Highly recommend! The 60 year old at the desk is amazing! The hygienist was the best I have ever experienced!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was clean. I’m very afraid of the dentist but this experience left me feeling more comfortable. I do wish they communicated what was being done more thoroughly, because I was unaware of what all my appointment entailed and that I had to schedule another appointment to get a cleaning.

The place and people are really nice. I didn't give full stars for 2 reasons. 1. I was disappointed that the call center said my appoinment would be for cleaning and evaluation, but they don't do that at this location. Cleanings have to be scheduled seperately from the first appointment, so I scheduled off of work but won't be getting my cleaning. 2. The xray machine seems a little outdated because mouth pieces are dense and heavy enough to cause my mouth alot of irritation. I would come back though because I like the doctor better than others I've been too.

While at work this morning I started to experience some pain that I couldn't bare called my dental office and apparently they were closed so Life smile dentist office took very good care of me especially Amy she went above and beyond to make sure I got seen ASAP she listened to me crying and in pain and even after my visit she called to check in on me I just want to applaud everyone for working so hard to fit me in the schedule and for that I am forever grateful thank you ☺️☺️☺️

I am very anxious when going to the dentist. Yesterday I underwent oral surgery at Life Smiles in West Lafayette Indiana. The staff there are incredible!!!They worked so patiently and kindly with me. I was so blessed by the very personal and compassionate care given to me by the dentist and staff. Thank you , Life Smiles!!
