I recommend Dr. Krüger’s Dentistry to anybody. Over the years he has assembled a great team. Always professional work. Five stars.

Now it has become Dr. Lenos Dentistry. The service is still excellent, and I would still give them 5 stars.
This morning, Sep 01, 2020, it took the normal 90 minutes for a crown replacement. However, their IT contractor is way behind its duties of keeping the Dentistry computers and system software up-to-date. Case in point: it took 20 minutes to schedule the follow-up appointment (a dental technician had to reboot her computer station twice) and it took another 10 minutes to get the bill.
In conclusion, Dr. Lenos and his colleagues: 5 stars. The IT contractor: 1 star.

*Short version*: Don't go to this practice! They will try to take advantage of you, and recommend superlative numbers of invasive treatments based on dubious evidence. The Dr. is an unpleasant boor.

*Long version*: I went to this office yesterday for a tooth cleaning/checkup because it was in my Purdue insurance network. I have had one filling in my life- in middle school. I brush and floss more carefully now than I did back then, yet Dr. K, after looking at my x-rays and teeth for a minute, found that I had 14 cavities to fill! He struggled to point out a single area of decay on an x-ray, but assured me it was rampant.
The cost estimate they drew up might have fit my budget, if I could have had King Midas touch a few of my lecture notebooks and discarded thesis drafts.
An intense gum roto-tilling treatment (scaling and planing) was recommended with great urgency. Shocked and ashamed at my condition I asked, "What if I just take better care of my gums for a month and see if they recover, then if they don't we can go ahead" and he looked at me like I was speaking in tongues and replied "Why wouldn't you want to do that [treatment]?" and moved on dismissively.
What REALLY put it over the top was when he described the prospective filling work and said "Fillings don't last forever, so, in five or ten years you could probably get crowns on those teeth." I was aghast for a while at the prospect of having all my back teeth marbled with amalgam, then whittled away to posts and capped before age 35. Fortunately, this shockingly cavalier and ridiculous statement was the last straw my trust and credulity towards Dr. K. could bear. No quality practitioner would recommend such extensive and invasive treatment with so little evidence and such brief consideration. How many sound teeth has he marred with needless fillings? Avoid this office!

Their work is probably okay. But very bad attitude. Once my appointment was cancelled and they didn't seem to be able to say the word "sorry". For the next one, I had already waited for 30 mins or so and I was told to wait for additional 15 mins or so. I could have been understanding. But the thing is they never apologize. That's when I decided to leave and never go back.

I arrived 15 minutes early which is typical when I have a health questionnaire to fill out. The sign read STOP someone will arrive to let you in.After leaning on my cane for 7 or 8 minutes, a dental assistant passed through from the parking lot. She told me somebody will be here to let me in shortly. Seven more minutes goes by and my back is starting to bother me, It is now 2:00 and time for my appointment.

I do wish somebody would let me know that I couldn't get in until 2:00 or at least a chair so handicapped people could-sit down while they wait.

My appointment is 9:00, after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, I still don't see doctor Lenos, He didn't even come to see me to talk a word. So bad experience !!! they said it's not uncommon and feel like they don't value patient's time. This is my first time to wait for more then 30 minutes. I just left and will never go back.

Very friendly staff, they where very patient explaining my situation and going over my options. I'm always nervous going to dentist I have had bad experience in past with pain. Dentist was very understanding and I was sincerely Impressed how comfortable he made the process i.e no pain.

Clean, professional, polite, and kind. They take Medicaid, too. Very easy to make an appointment. They listen to any needs/or medical issues you may have, and make sure you feel comfortable and safe. Will be going to them as long as I live around the area. :)

Pretty terrible experience. The office staff was friendly enough though. I was in town briefly and my implant came out. I went in to have them pop it on (usually $100) I told them this. When I went back they start telling me how they need to do my cleaning, take a full panel of yearly xrays and that I may have a cavity. Needless to say when I told them I had a regular dentist and I wouldn't not be requiring those services they were pretty put off. the dentist cemented the implant cap on (10min) and directed me to the front. Total came out to $250, because that's how their insurance office dose it I guess. However, the real problem came when two weeks later when I couldn't get rid of bad breath. I went to my regular dentist. My gums around the base of the implant were inflamed. When my dentist removed my implant there was a minor infection the base. It turns out in lifesmiles rush to get me in and out and they had done a shoddy job and not removed the excess cement. Seems like they are out for money and do a bad job.
