Newbury Dental Associates

This was my first visit at Newbury Dental Associates. I was pleased at the Covid precautions the office was taking. The entire office staff was very friendly, and I was amazed at how punctual they were in seating me. Dr. Millen was extremely knowledgeable and trusting, two qualities that are essential for a good patient/doctor relationship. I would recommend this office without hesitation.

I was apprehensive about having my first root canal and was relieved having received the best care from Dr. Agha Razi. He was excellent and I left my appointment feeling great. Assistant Mathew put me at ease immediately (he is great with his patients) and Enkela made me feel very comfortable. The receptionists were kind and caring too. This is a dental practice where the staff really care about their patients.

Recently I decided to find a new dentist in Boston. After a year of searching, I finally found a dentist that was right for me. This week I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. He as well as the hygienist, Helene, for a long over due cleaning and exam. During these unprecedented times I didn’t know what to think when going into a dental office but was delighted by how well protocol in our “new normal” was being followed. I was nervous going into my cleaning since I haven’t had one done in over a year but Helene was very thorough and even went the extra mile just to make sure my teeth were plaque free.. After Helene was finished I met Dr. He who was nothing less than professional and kind. Dr. He is the only doctor that has found a solution to my dental needs and I’m forever thankful for my experience at Newbury Dental.

Great practice right on Newbury Street. Incredibly kind and helpful staff and the doctors are outstanding. The entire team is caring and compassionate, and the patient experience is second to none. Dr. Millen is amazing and my wife raves about Dr. Heinstein after every visit. I highly recommend Newbury Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I had a cleaning on Feb/8/21, the hygienist Nikki was pushing for x-ray and other work, I told her I need to get back to work so no time. Then my cleaning took less than 15 minutes, she didn’t do a good job, such a waste of time for me to commute to town. I talked to manager and she didn’t seem to care. I have been going here for years and I like it here a lot, clean, good service and convenient. This is bad, not sure if they changed the new owner.

1st Great Experience!
I recently transferred locations due to Covid and I was very concerned returning to any dental office. The ladies up front were kind from my first call to the first day at the Tremont location. I showed up and the ladies upfront were very welcoming. The office was clean and spacious and as I proceeded into one of the rooms for my appointment, it felt like my previous dentist appointment. I got my teeth cleaning done and the process was smooth and painless. I met Dr. Aziz and can I say, she is a beautiful presence. She’s kind, funny and the dentist you need. I listened to her and I never had an experience with a dentist that wanted the best for me. We spoke about the upcoming appointments and I felt like I found the right person I need for my teeth. She’s wonderful, the staff is wonderful and setting up my upcoming appointments with the ladies up front made me feel like I chose the right location. I recommend this location and staff. Take it from me, I’ve been afraid of dentist since little and now I found a location I’m not only fond of but proud to be a patient with for years to come. Thank you Gentle Dental!

I have been going here for probably 3 years at this point? Maybe 4. I loved my hygienist, he was so good, but he left to go to dental school and I was worried about having a new hygienist, BUT the new guy was just as great! The front desk staff are always friendly, and the office feels clean. Also a great location for anyone who lives or works in the Copley area. My one gripe is that I don't find the actual dentists to be terribly friendly, but I haven't needed anything other than cleanings so I haven't had to deal with them.

Dr. He was fantastic! Very thorough, efficient and did a great job explaining everything throughout the entire process. I have never gotten this much time with the actual dentist before. All of the staff was friendly. The environment was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

My experience with newbury dental was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I also didn’t have to wait when I arrived for my appointment.
Dr. He provided excellent care and answered all of my questions. I left knowing exactly what my treatment plan was. He’s the best!

I had all my appointments with Dr Aziz, and i can honestly say that she is , by far, the best dentists i've been to. I have going to the dentist, and she really made it an easy experience. You can tell she cares about her clients!
