After being told the last hygienist I saw had left the practice, I was beyond frustrated and ready to leave as this would be my 3rd hygienist in 2 years! I was also skeptical because I've never had a male hygienist before, but David provided me with probably one of the best cleanings I've ever had. He was thorough, efficient, and 100% pain free. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful with his explanations without being patronizing. HIGHLY recommend seeing David for cleanings.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Saadia Aziz. She has excellent bedside manner, is thorough, detail-oriented, and compassionate. Recently, I had a delay in coming in for my crown delivery due to an accident, and unlike some doctors, she didn’t give me a hard time about it.
The front staff is always upbeat, professional and welcoming. The facility is clean & takes Covid-19 precautions.

Always a great experience here! Receptionists are kind and very knowledgeable about staff, procedures, etc. My hygienist today was Nikie. She was super thorough with my cleaning and helpful with any questions I had. Dr. Aziz was wonderful as always and made sure I understood everything she was explaining.

I have been a patient of Gentle Dental on Tremont St for past two years. I'm so happy that I picked up this location! All stuff is so nice and helpful, especially Denise and Melissa from front desk. The doctors are very professional, the dental hygienist Jessica always does a great job. Now most off my friends come here too. Very good experience!

I have been a patient at Newbury Dental for 10 years now. I normally see Dr Millen who is the director and he is fantastic. My husband sees Dr Coubrough who he loves and recently, I brought my 3 year old son to see Dr Heinstein. She made him feel so calm and I was shocked at how well he listened as she explained things. It was obvious how much attention to detail she had too. A+ to all the dentists. I feel so thankful that my family is well taken care of here and I highly recommend this office!

My hygienist was Marta and she is the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She was gentle, bubbly, funny, and respectful! Marta went the extra mile to explain what she was doing, why, and the utensils she would be using. No one has ever done that for me and it was super refreshing to experience it. I recently had some dental work done by Dr. Smolyar, he was very attentive during the procedure it honestly made me very comfortable. I usually have a lot of anxiety when I'm in the dental chair, he was very skillful and gentle that it made the appointment a breeze! Dr. Smolyar is an amazing dentist!!!
