They checked my insurance card and told me it will be covered. After I have been treated they told me I am older than 19 years old and the insurance won't cover it. They blamed the insurance company didn't let me know. I asked them many times if my insurance will cover it and they told me it will be covered. Spent me so much money and didn't get fully treated.
