Newbury Dental Associates

It was a great experience since my beloved hygienist retired. The only thing is that I thought I was seeing another hygienist but she left and I received a recently hired new hygienist, which I wished they had told me before I arrived. However, the new hygienist was great! See you again in six months!

I was there on Thursday as a new patient, the check-in staff are very kind and helpful. Matthew the dental assistant was very sweet and answered all my questions and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process of taking x-rays. Today I went in to get 3 cavities filled and it was a quick painless procedure, in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Heinstein was great and answered all my questions and told me to call back if there are any issues with the fillings. Overall a 10/10 experience, I have already recommended this establishent to some friends as they are also looking for a dentist. I will definitely be getting all future dental work done here, great job Newbury Dental!

I had to get an implant on one of my front teeth, which, in general, is a rather traumatic experience! I couldn’t have had better doctors then Dr Goldberg and Dr Millen who handled the process from extraction to final implant perfectly! Also, Dr. Millen cleared his schedule for me to get the implant in as soon as it came to the office which was very appreciated. I am very happy with my final product and I highly recommend the great team at Newbury Dental Associates!

Pros: Nice dentists/staff. They did a good job w the procedure itself and I was well numbed.

Cons:
-Office is run down
-They will misbill you. They will not carefully document and using billing codes so your insurance will not cover your procedure. I am a physician myself.
-Their $57 new patient visit deal is a lie. I got billed 300+ for it

I am now in the search for a new dentist office

I needed a new dental office because the one that i usually go to was starting become inconvenient for me. I heard about Newbury Dental and thought to give them a try. When I called to set up an appointment they scheduled me immediately. I went for an exam and x-rays since it was my first visit. I was seen by Dr. Heinstein! My goodness, is she amazing! She took her time with reviewing my x-rays, and letting me know about my treatment plan. Very knowledgeable. I was also able to get a cleaning the same day! Helene is the best ! Very friendly environment and they were very accommodating. Mel and Estela from the front desk were so helpful! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the greater Boston area!!

I had a great visit today. All the staff was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this wonderful office to everyone.

Dr. Millen and staff at Newbury Dental are some of the kindest, friendliest and most attentive dental professionals I’ve ever met. I’ve had many years of great experiences and would highly recommend!

I had an excellent first experience at the Newbury Gentle Dental location. Dr. He was very professional and meticulous while working on my teeth. The other staff members I interacted with were also very friendly, and it was great to see the office taking proper sanitary precautions during these times. Dr. He made sure to explain exactly what he was doing, and I usually have sensitive teeth but did not feel any pain whatsoever. I will be continuing with him in the future!

If I could give Newbury Dental more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone there was incredibly accommodating and compassionate, and I really appreciate everything they did to make sure that I received the best treatment possible.

Dr. He and his assistant Eli were both professional, helpful, and extremely kind. Dr. He explained the entire process and made sure that I could understand every step. He was gentle, yet meticulous when working with my teeth and I felt 100% better afterwards. His assistant, Eli made sure that I felt comfortable and safe the entire time, and I'm grateful for his friendliness since I was very nervous during my first visit. I also had a consultation with Dr. Daher and he was fantastic! He was willing to answer all of my questions and gave me detailed insight on what to do for my future dental care. My hygienist, Nino, was very thorough when cleaning my teeth, and she made the experience more pleasant by talking to me during the whole process. As for office staff, Stephanie and Sheila were both incredibly patient and welcoming from the moment I entered the building. As it had been a while since my last dental visit, I was a little apprehensive about coming in, but they immediately made me feel at ease.

In particular, I want to highlight an example of how much Newbury Dental cares about their patients; they were willing to schedule my next appointment much earlier than it should have been as I was leaving Boston in the next week. Although they were very busy and fully booked, they were kind enough to squeeze me in on the same day. Words can't express how grateful I am that they were willing to do that without hesitation.

Overall, I had an absolutely amazing experience at Newbury Dental. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!!

I have been going to Gentle Dental-Newbury Dental Associates in Boston for many years and it is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to! Dr. Millen is OUSTANDING, as are the hygienists, assistants, office manager and front desk staff. I get the highest level of dental care and it is always such a pleasant experience from the minute I arrive to when I leave.
