Staff is kind, I appreciate Denise, and the other receptionists helping I never miss an appointment. The reason for my updated review is because my braces treatment has been extended 2 years already, and doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon.

Update 11/29/2017: Probably one of the main reasons for my delay was the high turnover of Orthodontists this place has had. I have seen 4 in total so far, that is about one per year.

Having said that, The latest one, Dr. Bruce, has done an amazing job in understanding my frustration, and has done an excellent job trying to get these braces off of me. Thank you for all your help!

Will update once my braces are off.

Going to gentle dental feels like being home!
Everyone(Front Desk, Hygienist and Doctors) is so welcoming, professional and take all the safety measures to ensure safety of patients. Dr Aziz is amazing, very informative and jovial.
i am very pleased with my service and would highly recommend! #TheBest

1) Appointment times have always been behind (at least 40 mins)
2) Appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge for an earlier time.
2b) Staff will call because dentist will cancel/leave early for the
weekend and suggest a date entirely not doable.
3) billed repeatedly for the same DOS despite proof of receipts, and statements.
4) charged blindly for services not provided and for 'canceled appointments'
5) ALL staff (front, hygienist and dentist) have a high turnover rate. Only have seen 1 receptionist for my last 4 visits.

I was blessed to have two female hygienists and dentist that were very good at what they were doing- thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
One receptionist is very pleasant (Danielle).

I was walking by the dental office happen to stumble upon the sign with the phone number , I called and so happen to get Jamie she was so kind and friendly. I was so impressed with the service I received. The dental assistant was also very attentive, helpful and very friendly. Dr He perform the dental exam and was very gentle with the cleaning . I Was so impressed by the entire staff. I would highly recommend this dental office. Looking for a dentist ! Dr He is professional!

I have been a patient of Dr. Millen at Newbury Dental for more than 15 years! I think that he is simply the best dentist by all standards and in all categories. As a director of this practice he leads an amazing group of doctors, hygienists, dental assistants and staff that make a visit to dentist a pleasure! Quality of work and work ethics in the office are impeccable. They will walk you through procedures and payment options in a clear transparent way. You won't regret going here!

I have been a patient for 22 years. I don’t even live close anymore, but still go. I have always received excellent service and nothing but reasonableness on paying what I owe, when required.

Everyone there is great at what they do. Today, for the first time, I went in with a deep toothache that certainly meant significant work was ahead. When I sat in the chair, I told the dentist, “I don’t know what this is, but I am worried. The only thing I know is that I am in the right place.” Yes, I need some serious work. But the dentist knew exactly what was going on and he laid out a plan. I trust these people to handle things properly. They always have.

I Love Dr. Alex, he is sensitive and really helps my family as a family dentist. We usually travel a lot and he always is helpful accommodating us. WE have tried other dentists in the past, but nothing like having Dr. Alex as our dentist. WE LOVE HIM! WE also LOVE the Hygienist Teresa, can't say enough about her. . .AMAZING! =)

I never review for anything but this is the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to. Every person I met was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They also helped me check insurance coverage for everything before proceeding, which I appreciate.

I've recently gotten my wisdom teeth taken out here, about 2 weeks ago, and my experience has been nothing but fantastic at Newbury Dental.

I was a bit weary with the idea of being in a dental office during these times, but it was very apparent that this office cares greatly about the patients' health and safety as well as their staff's health and safety. They seemed to have a thorough protocol in place, which definitely put my mind at ease.

I went to see Dr.Daher to get my wisdom teeth taken out, and of course I was a bit nervous for the procedure, but him as well as his assistants reassured my worries and the procedure went so smoothly. And I knew, if problems arose after, (which they didn't, thankfully) Dr.Daher would be ready to help with any issues or questions that I had. It truly was a great experience, as he made something so daunting seem so minuscule by the end of the procedure.

I highly recommend coming here for any dental procedure you may need done!

As usual Dr. Millen and staff are amazing. Jessica my hygienist is the best. She is very thorough and gentle. She explains everything and I always feel like an active part of my treatment team.
