Dr. Dental

My son and I have visited Dr.Dental twice.We have enjoyed our visit both times.I know that might surprise some people, but the dentist can be scary; especially for children! My was very relaxed and dental assistant was very pleasant and has a warm and inviting personality.

I have been to the Central Square Doctor Dental a few times now and have always had a great experience. Dr. Jain and her support staff are very friendly, efficient and thorough. Dr Jain is very knowledgeable and you can tell from the spark in her eyes that she loves her dentistry. :)

I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Dental getting done the relatively minor work that I needed (a regular checkup, and a filling). The people there were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the wait times were minimal both times I went.

I've been a patient for almost 4 years now, and unfortunately for them I am only coming in on an emergency basis. Fortunately for me they remember me and treat me with the utmost of respect and care for me as well as my mouth. I am going to have to see what kind of regular plan I can get on since I don't have insurance.

This is a women owned business and they are amazing. The NICEST people, work there. I highly recommend.

This office is so kind and professional. I moved out of the Cambridge area but still travel a few extra miles because I really like this practice. Extremely accommodating as well. Highly recommend.

I don't understand all the positive reviews I see for this place. Had an appointment at 11 am. Showed up 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Someone finally saw me at 11:40 and I was done in under 15 minutes, including x-rays. Least thorough cleaning I've ever received. Simply put, you get what you pay for. If you're interested in checking a box for the least amount of money possible, go here. If you actually want your teeth cleaned, go somewhere else.

Came back from this dental office 5 minutes ago. I am very disappointed and feel cheated.

I just relocated from North Carolina and two crowns came out during the weekend. I called this dental office on president day and they happened to have an appointment available. When I told them, I need to re-cement two crowns which were not done by them, but I have dental insurance with Delta Dental. They told me that they can't file insurance for re-cement and will charge me $53 for each crown. Since my crowns were done in North Carolina and other dental offices were fully booked, I have no other choice. I went to the office and double confirmed that my insurance can't be used and they charge $53 for each ($106 in total).

After 25 minutes waiting, dentist came in and re-cement the first one. Because the second crown stays well with temporary cement, we decided to leave it there and re-cement it when it comes out again.

During the check out, I was told by the front desk that she didn't give me the right quote, it should be $81 for one crown. She said she was looking at someone with insurance and $53 was for them. I need to go back to work, so I didn't argue and pay the balance.

On my way to work, I was thinking, if re-cement can't be filed for insurance like what she told me before the treatment, where did $53 come from? Shouldn't they provide me the right price before the treatment? I haven't never seen a dental office like this and I still don't know if this treatment is covered by my dental insurance or not. I feel I was cheated and they overcharged me.

I think I should share this experience with other newcomers. Please consider again if you decide to go to this office when other offices don't have appointment available.

I hate the dentist lol. But these people from the front desk to the hygentist to the dentist herself all amazing people. The dentist even comes in and say's hello before you even begin treatment and she's so kind and professional sometimes you forget why you're there
