Doctor dental should be called Dr gentle. I always have an excellent experience when I go there. So don't the children, they are a necessity for this community of the great Cambridge area just about 2 miles from the most popular University on the planet Harvard University.

The billing department and the front desk are the most disorganized and unprofessional I have ever seen. They only started mailing bills this year, so people are receiving bills for services from years ago. What a joke. I made a partial payment last year for cavity filling but they didnt put that in the record. When I got a bill 9 months later, they didnt deduct the amount I already paid. I have placed many phone calls for an adjusted bill and still haven’t heard from the manager. It has been two months since I talked to your front desk, and your front desk staff kept promising me to follow up with billing department but never did…so unprofessional. I called again this afternoon and spent an hour on the phone with your front desk staff, who kept putting me on hold. She told me she would email billing manager again and cc me in the email right away, and I still haven’t got an email. I asked for the manager’s contact info hoping that I could contact them directly, and they said they don’t have the manager’s phone number. It has been such a waste of my time and energy. please, just get me an adjusted bill for a service that was already from a year ago and STOP over changing me and wasting my time!

This is an excellent dental facility, well worth finding amid the cluttered block of Central Square. The office staff were good-natured and helpful. The dental assistant was extremely professional, attentive, and pleasant. Dr. Jacob did an excellent job of repairing the small chip in my molar; she was easily as good as my dentist (now sadly deceased) of the past 50-odd years. Although I'm not from Massachusetts, and so not familiar with the cost of dental work, the charges seemed very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment for their quality work and overall professionalism.

Doctor Jocab is an irresponsible doctor. She waited two months to tell me that she can't perform a root canal operation. She never tried calling me and telling me, she can't perform the operation. She told me that she couldn't perform it when I came in for the scheduled procedure. Because of her complete and utter incomptence and unprofessionalism, I am in pain and have to wait a month for my operation. I called twice prior to coming in to see if she can perform the procedure and I was told by the rep, that she can. This office has unprofessional employees and I would tell anyone to go elsewhere for their dental work.
