I had a very bad experience at this location, first the man at the front desk was very rude and condescending and I overheard him talking about me with another staff and he called my teeth "grotesque" because I had a chip on my front tooth. This really hurt me because I was very embarrassed and ashamed about the chipped tooth. Then when I was getting a cavity drilled, the dentist drilled too deep and hit a nerve, which was very painful because I wasn't given enough novacaine, and then a simple cavity ended up needing a full root canal that cost me a lot of money. I strongly recommend you try finding a different dentist if you need one.

Staff may change periodically but they're nice and the place is always clean, and they have digital x rays you can see on the screen while the doctor reviews. I've been coming here for years even after moving across town.

Dr. Jain, Maria, and Joanna are all very kind and professional. I got an excellent cleaning/polish and filling. They are convenient (right next to the Central Square T) and affordable. If you are looking for a good dentist in Cambridge, Dr. Dental is the place!

I've had a lot of work done with these folks. No long waits, really (but bring a book just in case--they're a busy practice). I got seen right away for emergencies. The one downside is that they've gone through a personnel cycle and my old pals are gone, but the new people are just as professional.
I've had some crappy dental work from a similar neighborhood dentist, but here the difference is night and day.

The staff was super friendly and very patient when working with me to figure out what all my work was gonna cost got some teeth pulled by dr zanfaly who was kind and fast, and dealt with my anxiety about getting it done very nicely. Will gladly be returning to get the rest of the work I need done here!

At first I wasn't impressed but only after to realize the only fault here was of my own doing! I gave incorrect info on past medical history not intentionally of course but anyways once it was all straightened out I had a much needed extraction done the following day in a half an hour slot.

This dental office is wonderfull! I have been a patient here for a few years and recently went to have one of my wisdom teeth extracted. The lovely staff helped me to get an appointment with dr. Ahmed. And when i showed up i was super scared, but the doctor was so nice and reassuring that it eased my anxiety a little bit. But i couldn't even imagine that i would be so pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it could be done. Dr. Ahmed has magical hands. It took not more than 30 sec! And I'm not even exaggerating! I didn't feel pain (with the local anasthetic prior to it), i didn't even realize when it was over! If you need to have your tooth extracted this is the place and this is the doctor you want. A wonderfull technique, superb attitude and very thorough. Thank you for the great experience!

Really bad experience. I went in for an appointment, had my tooth cleaned for a root canal operation. Monday, when the root canal was supposed to be done, dentist told me she can't do it and I have to go to a specialist. Left there with a half-done tooth with temporary filling. Dentists are incompetent, and feels like they don't really know what they need to do to fix teeth. Ended up with frustration and despair. Would not recommend for complex procedures (root canal).
