Dr. Jacob is awesome! I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years so I had to have 5-6 appointments in a few weeks. I honestly started to look forward to them. Her, her assistants and the receptionists are super nice, very attentive and she stopped often during procedures to check on me. Not to mention the amazing job she did on my teeth. Highly recommend!

Dr Dental is so impressive always clean and they check temperatures for everyone that came in and I was there for hours while my husband was getting work done. They work with you for appointment's and will call you when they have the product in . Very professional and I'm sure glad they did have space in the office such a nice receptionist her name was Kenya I think she has a beautiful presence and a nice smile you can tell even with the mask. Also the Dr and the Dental assistant's were amazing to my husband , he was a little nervous but with you guy's help he really was at ease and the jokes about the tattoo's helped put him in a good place not thinking about that big NEEDLE ... you all are incredible really . I want to thank everyone at Dr DENTAL . Kay and LA.

This office has been hands down the friendliest, kindest, most accommodating dentist I've ever had to experience. The whole team is amazing, from the second you walk in. The receptionist Julie always makes sure I have a smile on my face before I even reach the dental chair. Dr. Jacob is truly one of a kind. She got me over my fear of the dentist, and gave me a new smile and the confidence to show it. Not to forget her assistant Mimi who was there through it all; attentive towards any issues or concerns I may have. I could not recommend this office enough, and am confident in saying they can handle any issues you have with ease.

When it comes to providing dental service, I don't have any complaints. An issue that I ran into though came about when I went into the office for an appointment that I scheduled online and confirmed through text, and was informed by a front desk staff that my appointment had been canceled because I did not provide verbal confirmation , despite confirming the appointment through text. She let me know that I couldn't be seen that night, and after a long day of work and rushing to make the appointment, I was extremely disappointed . The staff told me that she could to disregard the text next time because their policy requires verbal confirmation. Which is dumb. When they had called I was at work, once I got the text message I assumed that I did not need to confirm again, and the office never reached out again. A complete waste of time.

Made appointment for the whole family. When my husband gets there they told him appointment cancelled not only one but all. The appointment was made a month ago confirmed via text a week ago, and verbally confirmed a day ago. I would understand if they apologized and explain the issue they had instead they lied saying I did not confirm(my husband was next to me when I did). They finally confess they have short staff. I even got an e-mail 3 hours prior for a reminder. So unprofessional. I wish I can give 0 rating.

Dr Dental is a great place for your oral health . They are so friendly ! I haven’t had a dentist in yearsss & they took me right away & i was scheduled ASAP . Dr. Aslam is great , professional, and knowledgeable. The receptionists are so welcoming, sweet, & talk to their patients very respectful while always trying their best to make scheduling easier for the patient . Great Dentist ! Juliani & Jasmine are the best receptionist :) Awesome place to go for your oral health .
