went to do cleaning she did not do full mouth cleaning instead she did only 3 tooth and billed insurance for full mouth cleaning she never took x-ray and used the copy i gave her i got from previous doctor she also got something from my mouth and stick it inside my nose and asked me to smile it when she cleaned these 3 tooth she got water all over my face and shirt because no one was working with her to hold the water instead she lift it in my mouth while she was cleaning it was humiliated i will filed complain with Bureau of health professions license and Better Business Bureau and my insurance
