I took my son there for the first time, the place is dirty and old. I waited 45 min for the appointment.
They tried to do an X-rays and said my son was not bitting and not doing it correctly but the problem was they only had one kind of cheap X-rays and the machine was extremely big for kids so my son was hurting.
They kept saying he is NOT doing it right and he is not bitting but he was ON PAIN!
Their answer was well he CANT do them ! Then another nurse came and put the fault on me that I was pushing for X-rays to be done, the first thing and most important thing for a kid is to do X-rays to see if is cavities !
My son goes every 3 months to do cleanings and once a year to do X-rays to another dentist and I have never had problems like that and actually my son is very good at the dentist. But because we have a business for the past 30 years in central square we decided to try this dentist.
They made my son cry, they STILL CHARGED ME , put the fault on my son and me.
And told me if I wanted different X-rays I had to go to another place because they don’t have it , still charged me!!!

As someone that has seen Marathon Man I have my doubts about people with drills near my teeth. I am very pleased that I have a dentist I trust. Dr. Mary Jacob is fantastic. She put me at ease throughout the whole process (Just a filling) (I am claustrophobic, don't like people hovering over me) I highly recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone that has been putting off going to the dentist.

The whole staff has been great since the first time i went. I hadn't been for a long time and they were never judgemental about it. Joanna is great at the front desk and the dentist and the hygienist that have done the work have been nothing short of perfect for their jobs. The big thing about this office is that they're open till 630 most times which makes a big difference for most people that work in the city until 430 or 5.

My father has been a patient for about 6 months and from the very beginning he has experienced horrible patient/customer service. He initially went in and was given immediately dentures mind you, no one never explained to him the potential risk of discomfort and not fitting that he may encounter. He has made several complaints regarding this issue and was talked to and treated very unprofessional and the issue is still not resolved. He paid for something that he can’t use and that is unacceptable it’s fraud. Secondly he also had a partial made and due to it not fitting properly, he is experiencing discomfort, pain, and mouth sores. He went back in and they treated him as if he was getting on their nerves. They used molding to hold the partial in place instead of returning it to the lab to have corrections done. To make even more tacky, they didn’t even trim the molding to allow him to have comfort so, the pain is worse. This is unacceptable and will not go unnoticed. I have been in the dental field for many years and the CDC, Mass Health and BBB will definitely be made aware of this. I don’t recommend this place.

I've been coming to Dr. Durrani for a while but waited to write a review so I knew how I'd like it after a major procedure. Recently got a 3 tooth bridge so decided to write.
Superb treatment at an affordable rate. Staff was attentive and professional, clinic was clean and the equipment looked relatively new. Dr. Durrani took her time to understand what I was hoping to get and made sure to answer my question. Teeth function and look beautiful. Overall a great experience and at this price, I'd recommend to anyone, regardless of budget and insurance.

Wonderful dentist. She is caring and so is her team. Am in the process of getting a veneer as I had one tooth that looked really misaligned at the front, she has done a wonderful job so far at a much more reasonable price than other dentists. Very nice and great work.
