I had my first visit to this office yesterday. This office is amazing. Every person, from scheduling, to reception, to the hygienist and doctor was so accommodating and friendly. The office is stunning, with all the current technology. This was pleasing since my prior office still used old technology that wasn’t great when getting retainers and X-rays. I saw Dr. Osofsky for veneer bonding and reshaping and she was truly incredible. She is a magician with teeth! She is honest, extremely precise and so talented. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I got a new retainer since I completed Invisalign already, and they have the scan - it was easy, painless and efficient. My appointment was right on time. Billing and understanding what my insurance would cover/not cover was also explained to me by Lan, and she was also amazing. My only regret is not finding this office ten years ago when I moved to Newton! I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Berik. I could not believe how quickly she was able to straighten my teeth with Invisalign. The cost was also comparable to what I was quoted at another, less experienced office. She and her team were incredibly friendly and transparent. I am beyond pleased with the results and would highly recommended anyone with concerns about their teeth visit Dr. Berik.

This practice is wonderful! I've had many procedures from crowns, to a root canal, and an extraction with absolutely no pain or stress. It is amazingly clean and bright. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the doctors and staff are warm and understanding. I'd give more stars if I could.

Overall my dentist was great, very gentle and felt comfortable in her hands. I have to say the administrative staff is not great and rather frustrating. I was a new patient back in July and I needed something done quickly and I also needed a cleaning. But I said to the administrative staff I am working remotely and I have a meeting coming up I have to get home for can you fit the cleaning in. I did not get an answer and I wound up getting the cleaning and due to not be conscientious of my time I barely made it to my meeting. I couldn’t even schedule a follow up appointment because I was late. The admin staff said they’d call me to schedule and they never did. I wound up with an appointment that wasn’t convenient for me which was a month ago and when I spoke to the staff to reschedule I asked why they didn’t call me and I didn’t get much of an answer, in fact the person hung up on me. I even had to speak with the office manager about this incident the staff told the office manager we got disconnected, that was a lie. Working with the office manager I scheduled an appointment for August. On the day of the appointment the staff emailed me to say they’ve been trying to reach me for days. Turns out they had the wrong phone number on file. So I asked why hadn’t anyone emailed me to verify my number. I got no reasonable explanation as to why. This is my experience as a new patient to this practice. But I am putting up with this nonsense because the dentist was great.

Newton Dental Associates provides the highest quality of dental care. I am terrified going into all my appointments, but staff continues to be excellent patient care advocates, providing a safe and comfortable environment every single time. I recently had to extract my 4 wisdom teeth, and Dr. Ilya Garibyan was excellent. He was transparent throughout the whole process, and most importantly, I didn't feel any pain! Highly Recommend!!

Top-notch dentists and hygienists. The staff is warm and welcoming, i.e., no attitude. The practice is super responsive when you need urgent attention. They don't pressure you into expensive, unnecessary procedures. They are constantly improving the quality of care and customer service.

From the welcoming front desk staff, to the professional hygenists, as well as the doctors, I had a great experience. Everyone only wanted to make me comfortable and worked to ease all anxiety of starting with a new practice since I had only recently moved from out of state. I know that I am in good hands and will only receive the best care for all my dental needs.
