Got my crown installed with Dr.Walsh in 2016 with many problems in the way, two broken temporary crouns and three extra visits just to get me through that installation. Yesterday had to get back to re-install the crown since it fell off. After the installation the crown was hitting my other tooth. I had to ask the doctor to fix that problem, something he did in speed record time and went to his super busy schedule.
I still have uncomfortable feeling with my newly installed crown and left with pretty bad experience of being treated in haphazard way.
Probably my last time to do any significant dental work with that doctor.

Dr Osofsky and her dental assistant Alex are both wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Osofsky, she really takes her time to make sure the patient is at ease the entire time and completely satisfied. I look forward to starting my Invisalign treatment with her soon. I will be referring all my friends and family to her from now on.

Although the practice was clean and the staff was mostly courteous, I will NOT be returning. As someone who suffers from anxiety centered around the dentist, I look long and hard for dental care and generally stress about it more than is needed. When i went in today I was VERY clear that I need to be a part of the process, not just have someone come stick their hands in my mouth and vanish. To my dismay, thats pretty much what happened. The dentist didnt even so much as tap a single tooth in my mouth. 3 X-rays were taken, and I was given 2 prescriptions. Is this what dental care is now? The staff on the back end was also not well trained. My dental professional didnt stick around to talk about various options, and left moments after telling me i needed two root canals, along with pins and crowns- $10000 worth of work. Not ideal. I was then charged the full price of the visit, and only after mentioning that i had insurance was charged differently. Still not sure it was right. I fept marginalized and rushed through, and am very unhappy.

Professional, friendly staff, knowledgeable dentists. The office is clean and up to date. I had a great experience getting a night guard from them. Thrilled that they're right here in Newton and metered parking is relatively easy to find nearby.
