So happy to have found Newton Dental. It's always nerve wrecking having to find a new dentist/doctor whenever we relocate to a new state. Dr Xu, Newton Dental’s Periodontist and his Associate Mirabella exceeded my expectations. Gum Graft surgery is serious business. Dr Xu is empathetic and patient. He explained the entire process including exactly what the procedure entailed and what my responsibilities were as the patient to ensure a successful outcome. First, worst dental office ever! None of my previous offices gave me such a bad impression! I will give 0 if there is.
My wife was a recent VERY new patient. We would STRONGLY suggest all incoming new patients to reconsider whether you should come to visit this dental office or NOT!!!
This office is ONLY in-network of a specific insurance company. If you are not using the insurance company they are in-network, god bless you, you may have to pay a large amount of money, out of your own pocket!
For us, they charged me over 1000 for a visit, and it turns out that my dental insurance company does not accept the "so-high" price that they billed. And all the "price gap" will be on me, as the patient. What is worse, note that for all of these charges, they never give me an in-advance quote or notice, that this will be my out-of-pocket expense. Rather, they demanded me to directly pay the service immediately after my visit, which I think they "have-already-known" about this big and unpleasant price gap!!!
