Amazing experience! I drove almost 1 hr to go to this place and I will continue to do it. Totally worth it! From the moment I stepped into the office till the moment I left, the staff and the Dr were amazing! They answered all my questions with detail and patience, ensured they communicated all the process and options in advance. The technology used is top notch! The dentist and assistants were friendly, but the sticker shock was real. I went in for a cleaning, x-rays and to discuss a treatment plan, agreed to an up charge for fluoride treatment, but utterly shocked by. $600+ bill. The technology is impressive, but they should be more transparent about the extras. The front desk person was unfriendly and the odd approach to leading one to a back area to pay your bill felt like some sort of huddle. I won’t be back.

It can be hard to find good doctors/medical offices that you like around Boston, but Newton dental associates has been really great. They are friendly, thorough, and explain things well. I don’t live in the area anymore, but I continue going here because they’re so awesome, especially Dr. Walsh and Julianne the hygienist. Highly recommend!

I visited Newton dental associates today for the first time and it was a very positive experience! I met with Dr. Elyse Wagner and she was very kind and professional! She took the time to explain all my treatment options and answer all of my questions ,at no time did I ever feel rushed or that my questions weren’t answered to my satisfaction.
I had the same positive experience with all of the staff that I interacted with! When I go to a healthcare provider such as a dentist I expect honesty, expert care and a friendly staff, I feel that they met all of those expectations!

Brigit is my 4th hygienist over 35 year period at Newton Dental and today was my first cleaning. She was fantastic!! Thorough, careful, gentle and friendly. The best I have ever had! Dr. Walsh is always thorough with his exams and knows my mouth like the back of his hand. He is also super nice and friendly.

The absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office! I had been looking for a new dentist and after todays consultation I know I’ve found the right place. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, bright and equipped with the latest dental technology. I agreed and signed contract for dental implants tge very first drilling of bone had me hospitalized for 3 days ( infection ) . Still had to continue with contract $28600 at the end of contract I ultimately paid $33480 and this took almost 4 months due to infection after infection . Another oral surgeon told me ur life is worth more then any monies, although I finished process. Yes they look great be eating is painful and as difficult as the dentures I began with. Now jaw bone has bn basically destroyed and it’s as if in looked into N.D.A for remainder of life unless I have major jaw n mouth bone repairs . STAY AWAY
