Top tier professional service. All the staff from reception to the admins are courteous and friendly, the culture of a good work place is evident in every interaction. The doctors are phenomenal, specifically Dr. Ilya Garibyan. I’ve never experienced a more skilled doctor in any field or any procedure. He has magic hands and unequivocally is a true pro. This place is a 10 out of 10.

I am very grateful for the wonderful Invisalign treatment I received with Dr. Jane Osofsky. In spite of being told by other dentists that I wasn't a candidate for Invisalign, Dr. Osofsky made it happen in only 5 months of treatment! I now have a smile that I can be proud of with restoration of a normal bite and improved ability to care for my teeth. Dr. Osofsky was always thoughtful and thorough during my treatment. I am thrilled with the results and so glad I found Dr. O!

The care I've gotten has been good. My only concern is that the office is very noisy and there were many more people in the waiting area and in the office itself than I was expecting, given the pandemic. There were probably 5-6 others in the waiting area when I arrived, for example. It does appear that the practice is using air purification systems, using adequate PPE, and taking other precautions, though.

Dr Berik explained very well what was going on with my teeth. I felt very comfortable with her and although I need a lot of work done I am confident that my mouth will be in better shape when the work is done. Her staff was very pleasant and helpful about making future appointments and working with my insurance provider. I didn't have a hard time making the first appointment or future appointments, and they open early in the morning, and the location is very convenient for me.

My first cleaning since the pandemic and Newton Dental Associates has done a great job following protocols to ensure that safety and cleanliness is their priority! Betsy is the best and Dr. Berik is fabulous. Thanks for a great visit.

I would give zero stars if I could. Bullying and gaslighting were the prominent features of my daughter's visit. They took xrays she didn't want, forced her to give her dental insurance information, and then when she called back to complain she was told that it was standard practice to do this. Since she has already had a consultation with an Invisalign specialist in New York who didn't do any of that, that is clearly untrue. And they intend to charge us $400 in out of pocket costs if the insurance doesn't cover, which they will not. Newton Dental I am putting you on notice that I will NOT pay out of pocket and you should revisit your policies immediately. I do not go on Google lightly and we tried to resolve this issue directly with you, but you continued to pursue your bullying so this is our only recourse.

The dentists are great and super patient, but the office staff is incompetent. They'll bill you thousands of dollars extra, even though the cost is specifically written in your file, and then bill the wrong insurance company dozens of times no matter how many times you call. Their organization skills are there are consistently repeat mistakes. Be sure to verify your bill each and every single time and question everything because no matter how many times you have a candid conversation with their office staff, it's sure to have errors.

Had a wonderful experience at Newton Dental. I wish I found them sooner. This was my first visit during COVID and I felt so safe and taken care of. Highly recommend this dental group.

Got my wisdom teeth removed at Newton Dental. Had a great experience and it was very smooth. The surgeon was professional and his staff was friendly. Had no complications, highly recommended.
