Very disappointed. Front desk was insulting and condescending.
I was very patiently waiting for my ride home. After 45 minutes of being in pain and unable to talk I became concerned.
Treating me like a child was demeaning.
If my insurance company ride wasn't coming I needed to call a cab. They could have been understanding and helpful.
Instead they treated me like trash.
Finally my ride came over an hour late.
Front desk was rude and insensitive.

Love this place and the staff. Been going here for years and refer everyone. Today's visit went great and they are fixing an issue I was having. They listen to what you have to say and even take it upon themselves when an error has been made. Wasn’t the news I wanted to hear but it will be taken care of and corrected. Will continue using them as my dentist.

I am here with an elderly couple, helping them with appointments. I am not the patient, but here with the patients. They both got full dentures at this place. Paid out of pocket as insurance does not cover them.

Prior to completing the denture process, employee explained that they would need adjustments, which is normal, and they are welcome to schedule as much as necessary for adjustments, which are at no charge for a certain time. The assistant was very nice and detailed about the denture process and how it would all work out for them.
After the couple received dentures, I called to schedule for adjustments, just to be told that no appointment is necessary, to just walk in and they will be seen.
The couples walked in on Thursday, as instructed, just to be told that their schedule is full for the day, to come back next week, as tomorrow is Friday, they are closed and will not open until next week.
We complained, how are they to eat when they need adjustments? Front office said that they cant do anything to help them as they have an office policy as follows:
They take 2 denture adjustments in the morning and two in the afternoon, no more! So if you did not get those spots, then they can not see you. They do not schedule appointments, you HAVE to be a WORK IN ONLY, which means if you come at 8am when they open, and they did not have time to get you in all day, then you have to come back tomorrow!
I told the employee that this is not fair, this should have been explained prior to starting the dentures. This is the third senerio I am getting about denture adjustments. I was not able to speak to a manager, as one was not available to me, noone is able to help as this is apparently their office policy, regardless of what the other staff told this elderly couple!
I told the employee that they first took the couples money, which is a lot of money, then they refuse to complete treatments as first was promised, then as the patient actually needs it.
The front office employee scheduled the couple to come in on Monday (today) at 8am, said they will get them in. This was scheduled last week on Thursday, from when neither one could use their dentures and the office knows this!
I have been here at the office with the elderly couple today, came before 8am, its 8:40am already, still not taken back and being told that they are still both considered walkins, regardless of them being on the schedule, and have to wait to get worked in, this is their OFFICE POLICY!
From now on, we will have to fight to get their dentures adjusted, or will probably be easier to return their dentures and go elsewhere to make new ones!

If we had known all this prior to starting treatment, would have NEVER come here and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to come here for this reason.

Staff might be nice at first, but I cant stand it when people are being lied to, misstreated and being refused treatment that they paid for! Noone has all day to sit and hope to be seen for prepaid treatment, that is what a schedule is for!

That is why I gave this a one star!
